武汉体育学院专业教师学生评教体系的构建研究

【摘要】:提高教学质量是所有高校永恒不变的主题,是高校生命力的体现。教学质量取决于教师的教学水平和最终体现在学生身上的教学效果。因此提高教师教学质量要从教师自身抓起。而要提高教师的教学质量,必须要对高校教师的教学水平、有一个明确的认识。对教师课堂教学进行评价就是其中一项重要措施,通过教学评价找出其优缺点,从而进行相应的改进和完善。 本论文借助统计学、教育学、心理学、和系统科学等理论基础,运用多种研究方法,对武汉体育学院现有的评教体系进行统计分析。通过研究,找出现行评价体系在专业术科老师身上存在的问题,并进行归因分析,,揭示对专业术科教师评价的主要特征和内在规律;在前人研究的基础上,提出专业术科教师评价体系的构建依据和原则,进而构建针对体育高等院校术科专业教师的评价指标体系,设计相关评价方案,以形成比较完善、系统的专业术科评价理论体系,为武汉体育学院教学管理、教师评价实践活动提供有益的帮助。
[Abstract]:Improving teaching quality is the eternal theme of all colleges and universities, and the embodiment of university vitality. The teaching quality depends on the teacher's teaching level and the teaching effect embodied in the students. Therefore, to improve the teaching quality of teachers should start from the teachers themselves. In order to improve the teaching quality of teachers, we must have a clear understanding of the teaching level of teachers in colleges and universities. The evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching is one of the important measures to find out its advantages and disadvantages through teaching evaluation, so as to make corresponding improvement and perfection. Based on the theories of statistics, pedagogy, psychology and systems science, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the existing evaluation system of Wuhan Institute of physical Education by using various research methods. Through the research, find out the problems existing in the current evaluation system in the professional technical teachers, and conduct attribution analysis to reveal the main characteristics and internal laws of the evaluation of professional technical teachers. This paper puts forward the basis and principle of the evaluation system for the professional technical teachers, and then constructs the evaluation index system for the professional teachers of physical education institutions of higher learning, and designs the relevant evaluation schemes, so as to form a relatively perfect evaluation system. The systematic theory system of professional technical evaluation provides beneficial help for teaching management and teacher evaluation practice in Wuhan Institute of physical Education.
