【摘要】：随着改革开放的深层次化,经济发展的快速推进,我国对人才素质的要求也越来越高。大学生是建设社会主义事业的未来中坚力量,他们是祖国的未来,民族的希望,他们的道德素质直接关系到国家的前途命运,因此,新时期坚持对大学生道德观教育显得十分必要。我国大学生道德观的主流是好的,但也出现了很多与社会经济发展不和谐的音符,如价值认同扭曲,社会公德缺失,生态伦理缺失,婚恋家庭观淡薄,个人品德失范等,大学生道德观问题的产生,教育体系负有不可推卸的责任。当前我国的的道德观教育存在内容知识化,方法比较单一,评价体系抽象化等问题。本文首先对道德观教育的相关概念和道德观教育过程的几种模式论进行了研究。通过论述道德观的定义和道德观的构成及特点,阐明了道德观的内容。道德观教育过程的五种模式理论为后文选择教育对策提供了理论依据。对概念有了一个整体的把握后,本文根据相关文献资料分析了大学生的道德观教育的现状。现状分为两个部分来阐述：一是大学生道德观的现状所存在的问题,二是道德观教育存在的问题。这些问题的产生原因是多方面的,本文概扩了以下几点：功利主义与实用主义的蔓延；市场经济的负面影响；互联网信息缺乏监管；学校教育方法及内容的滞后性；大学生个性因素的负面影响。道德观教育存在的失误则有：高校对道德观教育的乏力、社会对道德观教育的松懈和家庭对道德观教育的忽视。分析问题产生的原因后,根据道德教育过程模式论,提出了解决问题的有效对策和方法。对策分为学校教育、社会教育、家庭教育和自我教育四个方面。学校教育的对策包括：提高教师素质；改进授课内容；重视心理咨询的引导作用；注重法律意识的培养；创造社会实践机制。社会教育对策包含：增加道德观教育的投入；重视媒体舆论的监管和指导；注重大学生角色意识的培养。家庭教育对策主要有这三点：加强对子女道德观的意识的培养；父母注重自身模范作用;更新教育观念。自我教育包括自我反省和慎独。只有学校、社会、家庭个人这四种教育形成合力,才能共同促进我国道德观教育事业的进步。这些对策及建议可以丰富大学生道德观教育的理论,为创新道德观教育方法提供一定的理论依据。市场经济飞速发展的今天,大学生的道德观发生了巨大的变化,研究大学生道德观教育问题有着重大的现实意义。在必要性上,加强大学生道德观教育有利于落实大学生德智体全面发展的培养目标,丰富大学生道德观教育理论,促进高校思想道德教育改革。从研究意义来说,加强大学生道德观教育有利于培养社会主义荣辱观,有利于和谐社会的构建,有利于国家软实力的提升,有利于提高我国国际地位。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of economy, the quality of talents in China is becoming more and more demanding. College students are the backbone of the future of building socialism. They are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. Their moral qualities are directly related to the future and destiny of the country. It is very necessary to insist on moral education of college students in the new period. The mainstream of moral values of college students in our country is good, but there are also many notes that are not harmonious with the development of social economy, such as the distortion of value identity, the lack of social public morality, the lack of ecological ethics, the weak view of marriage and family, the loss of personal morality, etc. The education system bears the unshirkable responsibility for the moral problems of college students. At present, moral education in our country has some problems, such as knowledge content, single method, abstract evaluation system and so on. This paper first studies the related concepts of moral education and several models of moral education process. By discussing the definition of morality and the constitution and characteristics of morality, this paper expounds the content of moral concept. The five models of moral education process provide theoretical basis for the later choice of educational countermeasures. After holding the concept as a whole, this paper analyzes the present situation of moral education of college students according to the relevant literature. The present situation is divided into two parts: one is the problems existing in the status quo of college students' morality, the other is the problems in moral education. The causes of these problems are various, and this paper expands the following points: the spread of utilitarianism and pragmatism; the negative impact of market economy; the lack of supervision of Internet information; the lagging of school education methods and contents; The negative influence of personality factors on college students. The mistakes in moral education include the weakness of moral education in colleges and universities, the relaxation of moral education in society and the neglect of moral education in families. After analyzing the causes of the problems, according to the theory of moral education process model, the effective countermeasures and methods to solve the problems are put forward. Countermeasures are divided into four aspects: school education, social education, family education and self-education. The countermeasures of school education include: improving teachers' quality; improving teaching contents; paying attention to the guiding role of psychological counseling; paying attention to the cultivation of legal consciousness; and creating social practice mechanism. The countermeasures of social education include: increasing the input of moral education, attaching importance to the supervision and guidance of media opinion, and paying attention to the cultivation of college students' role consciousness. There are three main countermeasures in family education: strengthening the cultivation of children's moral sense; parents paying attention to their own exemplary role; renewing their educational concept. Self-education includes self-reflection and self-care. Only when the four kinds of education, school, society and family, form a joint force, can we promote the progress of moral education in our country. These countermeasures and suggestions can enrich the theory of moral education of college students and provide some theoretical basis for innovating the methods of moral education. With the rapid development of market economy, great changes have taken place in the moral outlook of college students, so it is of great practical significance to study the moral education of college students. On the necessity, strengthening the moral education of college students is conducive to carrying out the cultivation goal of the all-round development of moral, intellectual and physical education of college students, enriching the theory of moral education of college students and promoting the reform of ideological and moral education in colleges and universities. From the point of view of research, strengthening the moral education of college students is conducive to the cultivation of socialist concept of honor and disgrace, the construction of a harmonious society, the promotion of national soft power and the improvement of our country's international status.
