聋人大学生就业力结构及影响因素研究

【摘要】:我国特殊高等教育已有二十几年的发展历程,残疾人大学毕业生的数量逐年增长,为我国的劳动力市场不断注入新的力量。近年来,受高校不断扩招和国际金融危机的影响,健听大学生的就业压力逐渐增大,聋人大学生的就业问题也日益凸显。 面对新的形势和挑战,,国内外学者将研究的焦点放在提升大学生“就业力”上,并认为这是实现高等教育人才培养与社会人才需求对接的突破口,也是破解残疾人大学生就业问题的关键。基于此背景,本文以提升聋人大学生就业力为出发点,重点分析聋人大学生的就业力结构和影响因素,并提出促进聋人大学生就业的建议。 本研究基于USEM理论构建聋人大学生就业力结构模型,在SWOT理论的视角下分析聋人大学生就业力的影响因素,为聋人大学生就业力调查问卷的设计提供理论依据。以理论为基础,借鉴国内已有研究,编制聋人大学生就业力调查初始问卷,经过对初始问卷数据的项目分析与项目筛选形成正式的聋人大学生就业力调查问卷,对编制的聋人大学生就业力调查问卷进行了效度和信度的检验。通过聋人大学生就业力调查问卷,以天津、长春两所特殊高等院校的在校聋人大学生为研究对象,运用SPSS17.0软件对我国聋人大学生的就业力结构及其影响因素进行量化评估,运用描述性分析、独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析,对收集的调查数据进行分析整理,并得出如下结论:(1)组成聋人大学生就业力结构的四个维度,按均值从高到低分别为自主能力、人际交往能力、专业学习能力和适应能力;(2)被调查的聋人大学生与健听大学生相比,在就业力总体及各维度上都存在差异;(3)从影响聋人大学生就业力的个体因素来看,专业、实习或兼职经历、社团活动经历都对聋人大学生就业力产生较为显著的影响。 针对以上研究结论,提出以下对策和建议:政府应发挥主导作用,健全法律法规,充分带动企业和各级残联的积极性,形成促进聋人大学生就业的良好社会环境;高等院校通过构建合理的培养模式,完善就业指导服务,加强对聋人大学生就业力的培养;聋人大学生要积极参与社会活动,努力提高自身能力,适应日新月异的就业形势。
[Abstract]:China's special higher education has been developing for more than 20 years, and the number of college graduates of disabled persons has been increasing year by year, which has continuously injected new strength into the labor market of our country. In recent years, under the influence of the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities and the international financial crisis, the employment pressure of the healthy listening students is gradually increasing, and the employment problem of deaf students is also increasingly prominent. In the face of the new situation and challenges, scholars at home and abroad focus their research on enhancing the "employability" of college students, and think that this is a breakthrough to realize the docking of talent training and social talent demand in higher education. It is also the key to solve the employment problem of disabled college students. Based on this background, this paper focuses on the analysis of the structure and influencing factors of the employability of deaf college students, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the employment of deaf college students. Based on the USEM theory, this study constructs a structural model of the employability of deaf college students, analyzes the influencing factors of the employability of deaf college students from the perspective of SWOT theory, and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the questionnaire on the employability of deaf college students. Based on the theory and drawing lessons from the existing domestic research, the initial questionnaire for the employability of deaf college students was compiled. Through the item analysis and project selection of the initial questionnaire data, a formal questionnaire on the employability of deaf college students was formed. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested. Based on the questionnaire of the employability of deaf college students, this paper makes a quantitative evaluation of the employability structure and its influencing factors of deaf college students in Tianjin and Changchun by using SPSS17.0 software. By using descriptive analysis, independent sample T test and single factor variance analysis, the collected data are analyzed and sorted, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1) the four dimensions of the employability structure of deaf college students. According to the average values from high to low, they were independent ability, interpersonal communication ability, professional learning ability and adaptive ability respectively. From the point of view of the individual factors affecting the employability of deaf college students, major, practice or part-time experience, community activity experience all have a significant impact on the employability of deaf college students. In view of the above conclusions, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: the government should play a leading role, perfect the laws and regulations, fully stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises and disabled persons at all levels, and form a good social environment to promote the employment of deaf college students; Colleges and universities through the construction of a reasonable training model, improve employment guidance services, strengthen the training of the employment of deaf students; deaf students should actively participate in social activities, strive to improve their ability to adapt to the ever-changing employment situation.
