全程互动理念下地方工科院校建立“四双制”人才培养模式的探索

【摘要】：通过对"培养方案双方制订制"、"培养过程双方负责制"、"毕业就业双方推荐制"和"培养效果双方反馈制"的"四双制"构建,探索了地方工科院校培养应用型人才的培养模式,并提出了"以校企双赢为原则、以行业协会为平台、以法律政策为推力、成立校企合作组织、打造‘双师型’教学团队"的实施策略。
[Abstract]:By constructing the "four double systems" of "establishing the system of both sides of the training scheme", "the system of mutual responsibility in the training process", "the recommendation system of both sides of graduation and employment" and "the feedback system of both sides of training effect", this paper probes into the training mode of cultivating applied talents in local engineering colleges and universities. And put forward the implementation strategy of "taking the win-win situation of the school and enterprise as the principle, taking the trade association as the platform, taking the legal policy as the thrust, setting up the cooperation organization between the school and the enterprise, and creating the teaching team of" double teachers ".
