社会转型期广东大学生政治信仰教育探析

【摘要】：当前，我国社会正处在从传统的计划经济向着社会主义市场经济过渡，从高度集中的传统政治权力向中国特色社会主义民主法制过渡，从具有悠久历史的传统文化向占主导地位的社会主义文化与西方文化并存的过渡。这一过渡和转变，为加快中国特色社会主义现代化步伐、建设和谐社会奠定了坚实基础。但是，，在这社会经济、政治和文化等的转型过程中，各种利益矛盾和问题不断凸现，严重制约着中国特色社会主义现代化建设步伐，迫切需要通过改革和发展来解决前进中存在的矛盾和问题。广东是我国改革开放的前沿地带，在政治、经济、文化和社会管理等诸多方面的改革与发展都走在其他省市的前面，在一定程度上可以说广东的改革与发展过程代表着我国改革与发展的过程，但随之而来的是各种利益矛盾也日益凸现，成为在率先基本实现现代化过程中急需解决的现实问题。这些现实问题反映在广东大学生政治信仰状况上，虽然绝大多数大学生高度认同共产主义与社会主义信念，对走中国特色社会主义道路、全面建设小康社会充满信心，对中国共产党怀有深厚的感情，对构建民主政治和法治社会要求更加强烈，但是，与此同时一些大学生仍不同程度地存在政治信仰迷茫、理想信念模糊、世界观人生观和价值观有所扭曲等问题。因此，面对新形势和新任务，为了把大学生培养成政治素质高、专业基础牢、知识面广、具有创新能力的中国特色社会主义现代化事业的建设者和接班人，各级政府主管部门和高校以及社会各界，在开展大学生思想政治教育工作中，必须坚持政治性、层次性和以人为本的原则，大力开展以共产主义和社会主义信念、坚持走中国特色社会主义道路、拥护中国共产党领导和建立民主政治、法治社会为主要内容的政治信仰教育，通过改革高校思想政治理论课教学、通过各种方式解决大学生的实际问题、开展丰富多彩的社会实践和健康向上的校园文化等新方法与新途径，完善组织机构、加强队伍建设、创造良好的教育环境，确保政治信仰教育顺利开展，提高大学生政治信仰教育实效性和时效性，构建确保政治信仰教育顺利开展的各项保障措施，为大学生的成长成才创造条件。
[Abstract]:At present, our society is in the transition from the traditional planned economy to the socialist market economy and from the highly centralized traditional political power to the socialist democracy and legal system with Chinese characteristics. The transition from traditional culture with long history to socialist culture and western culture. This transition and transformation has laid a solid foundation for speeding up the pace of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and building a harmonious society. However, in the process of social, economic, political and cultural transformation, various conflicts of interest and problems are constantly emerging, seriously restricting the pace of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. There is an urgent need for reform and development to resolve the contradictions and problems that exist in the course of progress. Guangdong is at the forefront of China's reform and opening up, and its reform and development in politics, economy, culture and social management are ahead of other provinces and cities. To a certain extent, Guangdong's reform and development process represents the process of our country's reform and development, but with it, various kinds of conflicts of interest also appear day by day, and become the practical problems that need to be solved urgently in the process of taking the lead in realizing the modernization basically. These practical problems are reflected in the political belief of college students in Guangdong. Although the vast majority of college students highly agree with the communist and socialist beliefs, they are full of confidence in taking the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and building a well-off society in an all-round way. There are deep feelings for the Communist Party of China and a stronger demand for building a democratic politics and a society governed by law. However, at the same time, some college students still have varying degrees of confusion in their political beliefs and vague ideals and beliefs. The world outlook on life and values are distorted and so on. Therefore, in the face of the new situation and new tasks, in order to cultivate college students into builders and successors of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics with high political quality, solid professional foundation, wide range of knowledge and innovative ability, In carrying out ideological and political education for college students, government departments at all levels, colleges and universities at all levels, as well as all sectors of society, must adhere to the principles of political, hierarchical and people-oriented, and vigorously carry out their belief in communism and socialism. Adhere to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, support the Communist Party of China's leadership and the establishment of democratic politics, the rule of law society as the main content of political belief education, through the reform of the ideological and political theory course teaching, Through various ways to solve the actual problems of college students, to carry out rich and colorful social practice and healthy and upward campus culture and other new methods and new ways, improve the organization, strengthen the team building, create a good educational environment, To ensure the smooth development of political belief education, to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of college students' political belief education, to build the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth development of political belief education, to create conditions for college students to grow up.
