【摘要】：社会主义核心价值体系，是社会主义意识形态的本质体现，引导着社会主义发展方向与目标，在我国整个社会价值体系中处于支配地位，发挥主导作用。党的“十七大”提出“要切实把社会主义和谐价值体系融入国民教育和精神文明建设全过程，，转化为人民自觉追求”，积极探索用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的有效途径。高校是思想政治文化建设与人才培养的重要场所，对构建社会主义和谐文化和建设社会主义核心价值体系具有重要作用。基于社会主义核心价值体系，研究提高高校思想政治教育实效性的途径，使社会主义核心价值体系切实地成为大学生的行动指南，确保思想政治教育的顺利进行，对大学生自身的健康成长，增强高校思想政治教育的实效性，发展中国特色社会主义事业，以及构建社会主义和谐社会都具有重大意义。本文从社会主义核心价值体系与高校思想政治教育实效性的基本概念和关系入手，通过研究当代高校思想政治教育实效性现状，分析了影响实效性的因素，并在构建基于社会主义核心价值体系的高校思想政治教育实效性评价体系基础上，有针对性的具体研究了提高实效性过程中所要坚持的原则，内容的更新，方法的改进，系统探讨了“四位一体”的全方面环境优化，以及全方位的科学有效的实现途径，并在最后提出了保障措施。
[Abstract]:The socialist core value system is the essential embodiment of socialist ideology, which guides the direction and goal of socialist development and plays a dominant role in the whole social value system of our country. The 17th National Congress of the Party put forward that "the socialist harmonious value system should be truly integrated into the whole process of national education and the construction of spiritual civilization, and be translated into the conscious pursuit of the people." Actively explore the effective way to lead the social trend of thought with the socialist core value system. Colleges and universities are important places for ideological, political and cultural construction and talent training, which play an important role in building socialist harmonious culture and building socialist core value system. Based on the socialist core value system, this paper studies the ways to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so as to make the socialist core value system a practical guide for college students to ensure the smooth progress of ideological and political education. It is of great significance for the healthy growth of college students, the enhancement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the development of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Starting with the basic concept and relationship between the socialist core value system and the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities by studying the present situation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education. And on the basis of constructing the evaluation system of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the socialist core value system, this paper specifically studies the principles, contents and methods to be adhered to in the process of improving the effectiveness. This paper systematically discusses the whole aspect environment optimization of "four in one", as well as the all-around scientific and effective way to realize it, and puts forward the safeguard measures at the end.
