【摘要】：新疆南疆地区高校是培养以少数民族大学生为主体的本土人才的重要基地。少数民族大学生作为大学生的一个重要组成部分,他们除了要担负起振兴中华、建设国家的历史使命外,还要对本民族地区的各项建设事业负有重要的责任。加强和改进南疆地区少数民族大学生思想政治教育,提高他们的思想政治素质,直接关系到边疆地区的社会稳定、党的事业后继有人和国家的长治久安。笔者本着促进南疆地区少数民族大学生思想政治教育健康、有序发展的初衷,选择了南疆地区少数民族大学生为代表,本研究主要通过问卷调查、实地走访、深度访谈等方法,对南疆地区少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作的现状做了全面调研,总结出存在的问题及原因分析,提出了一系列切合南疆地区大学生思想政治教育实际的发展对策,以期对南疆地区少数民族大学生思想政治教育的进一步推进有所帮助。本论文由四部分组成：第一部分是导论,阐述了本论文的选题缘由、研究的目的、意义以及研究方法,并对相关概念进行了界定；第二部分是对南疆部分高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育现状做了大量的调查研究,提出南疆地区少数民族大学生思想政治教育存在的问题。第三部分是本论文的重点部分,针对南疆地区少数民族大学生思想政治教育存在的问题进行了分析。第四部分是针对调查中发现的问题提出了相应的对策,以期促进南疆地区少数民族大学生思想政治教育健康、有序发展。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang are important bases for cultivating native talents with minority students as the main body. As an important part of college students, minority college students should not only shoulder the historical mission of rejuvenating China and building the country, but also bear important responsibilities for the various construction undertakings in their own ethnic areas. To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in southern Xinjiang and to improve their ideological and political quality are directly related to the social stability of the borderland and the long-term stability of the Party's cause. Based on the original intention of promoting the healthy and orderly development of ideological and political education of ethnic minority students in southern Xinjiang, the author chooses minority college students in southern Xinjiang as the representative. This research mainly through questionnaires, field visits, in-depth interviews and other methods. This paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the present situation of ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in southern Xinjiang, summarizes the existing problems and causes, and puts forward a series of development countermeasures suitable for the actual situation of ideological and political education of college students in southern Xinjiang. In order to further promote the ideological and political education of ethnic minority students in southern Xinjiang. This paper is composed of four parts: the first part is the introduction, which explains the reason, the purpose, the significance and the research method of this paper, and defines the related concepts. The second part is to do a lot of investigation and research on the present situation of ideological and political education of minority college students in southern Xinjiang, and put forward the existing problems of ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in southern Xinjiang. The third part is the key part of this paper, which analyzes the problems of ideological and political education of ethnic minority students in southern Xinjiang. The fourth part is to put forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the problems found in the investigation in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in southern Xinjiang.
