“高校领导赴海外培训”项目效果分析——基于国家教育行政学院培训的调查

【摘要】：对"高校领导赴海外培训"项目实施九年来的培训效果进行分析,认为该项目的实施促进了国内外高校的沟通和交流,有助于我国高校领导了解国外高水平大学的建设情况,开阔了国际视野;研修结束后,校长们结合我国特色有选择地在实践中借鉴国外高水平大学的管理经验,推动了我国高等教育的发展。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the training effect of "University leaders' overseas training" project over the past nine years, and considers that the implementation of the project has promoted the communication and exchange between domestic and foreign universities, and is helpful to the leaders of colleges and universities in our country to understand the construction of high-level universities abroad. After the completion of the study, the presidents selectively learn from the management experience of foreign high level universities in practice, which promotes the development of higher education in our country.
