辽宁省体育院校大学生就业压力应对方式结构及特点

【摘要】:针对当前体育院校大学生就业难的问题,本研究将对体育院校不同群体大学生在就业压力的应对方式展开研究,分析体育院校大学生在就业压力应对方式上的结构和特点,找出其影响因素,为他们能有更好的应对认知和行为做出正确和有效的指导。本研究采用自编“体育院校大学生就业压力应对方式调查”问卷,对六所不同类型高校体育系共计1222名大学生进行测量,,利用探索性因子分析技术探索体育院校大学生就业应对方式的理论结构,利用均数比较技术考察不同体育院校不同群体大学生就业应对方式的特点。研究结果表明: 1.在开放式问卷搜集的就业应对方式原始项目基础上,自编的“体育院校大学生就业应对方式”调查问卷由17个项目组成,该量表的信度和效度指标达到了心理测量学的要求,可以用于大学生就业压力应对方式的其它相关研究。 2.采用探索性因素分析技术对体育院校大学生就业应对方式的17个项目进行了因子分析,研究发现体育院校大学生就业应对方式由积极行为应对、积极认知应对、消极行为应对和消极认知应对4个因子构成。 3.体育院校不同群体大学生在就业压力应对方式各因子存在显著差异: 1.不同生源地的体育院校大学生在积极行为和认知应对方式上存在显著的差异,农村体育院校大学生积极的应对方式显著高于城市体育院校大学生。 2.不同性别的体育院校大学生在积极的行为应对方式存在显著差异,男大学生采用积极应对方式的水平显著高于女大学生。其他应对方式上并没有显著性差异。 3.不同专业的体育院校大学生在积极的认知应对方式和积极的行为应对方式两个因素上,非体育和体育表演专业的学生显著低于其他专业;在消极的认知和行为应对方式上,体育表演专业学生又显著低于其他专业的学生。 4.不同年级的体育院校大学生在积极的行为应对方式上,大一和大三年级显著高于大二和大四年级;在应对方式的认知上,大一学生的消极认识显著高于其他三个年级。 5.不同家庭结构大学生应对方式比较:成长在正常家庭的体育院校大学生在积极的认知和行为应对方式上都显著高于单亲、再婚和其他结构家庭的学生。 6.不同父、母职业大学应对方式比较:父亲职业为商人、医生的体育院校大学生在积极的行为应对方式上显著低于父亲职业为其他类型的大学生;母亲职业为教师的大学生在积极认知应对方式上显著高于母亲职业其他类型的体育院校大学生,母亲职业农民、工人、教师和其他职业的体育院校大学生在消极应对方式上显著低于母亲职业为干部、公务员和医生的体育院校大学生。 7.对自己未来就业预测率不同的体育院校大学生在应对方式上,认为自己未来就业希望很低于和等于50%的体育院校大学生在积极的行为和认知应对方式上显著低于认为自己就业希望大于50%大学生。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of the difficult employment of college students in sports colleges and universities, this study will study the coping style of the college students of different groups in the sports colleges and universities in the employment pressure, analyze the structure and characteristics of the coping style of the college students in the employment pressure, and find out the influencing factors, so that they can have a better response to their cognition and behavior. In this study, the self compiled "survey on coping style of employment pressure of college students in sports colleges and universities" was used to measure 1222 college students in six different types of colleges and universities, and explore the theoretical structure of the employment of college students in sports colleges and universities by exploratory factor analysis. The characteristics of employment coping styles of different groups of students in different sports colleges and universities are studied.
1. on the basis of the original project of the employment coping style collected by the open questionnaire, the self compiled questionnaire of "College Students' employment coping style" was composed of 17 items. The reliability and validity of the scale reached the requirements of psychometrics and could be used in other related research on the coping style of College students.
2. the exploratory factor analysis technology was used to analyze the 17 projects of the college students' employment coping style in sports colleges and universities. The study found that the employment coping styles of the college students were composed of 4 factors: positive behavior coping, positive cognitive coping, negative behavior coping and negative cognitive coping.
3. there are significant differences in employment stress coping styles among different groups of students in physical education institutes.
1. there are significant differences in positive behavior and cognitive coping styles among college students in different sources of physical education. The positive coping styles of rural sports colleges and universities are significantly higher than those of urban sports colleges and universities.
2. there are significant differences in positive behavior coping styles among college students of different sex. The level of male college students using positive coping style is significantly higher than that of female students. There is no significant difference in other coping styles.
3. the students of different professional sports colleges and universities in the positive cognitive coping style and positive behavior coping style two factors, non sports and sports performance majors are significantly lower than other majors; in negative cognition and behavior coping style, sports performance majors are significantly lower than other major students.
4. the college students in different grades are significantly higher than sophomores and sophomores in their positive behavior coping styles. In coping style, the negative cognition of the freshmen is significantly higher than that of the other three grades.
5. comparison of the coping styles of college students with different family structure: the positive cognitive and behavioral coping styles of college students who grew up in normal families were significantly higher than those of single parent, remarriage and other structural families.
6. different fathers and female vocational universities should compare the ways of coping: the father profession is a businessman, the doctor's physical education college students are significantly lower than the other types of college students in the positive behavior coping style, and the students who are teachers as teachers in the positive cognitive coping style are significantly higher than those of the other types of physical education institutions of the mother's profession. College students, mothers' professional farmers, workers, teachers and other professional sports colleges and universities are significantly lower than their mothers' career as cadres, civil servants and doctors in sports colleges and universities.
7. the college students who have different forecast rates for their future employment in the sports colleges and universities think that their future employment is less than and equal to 50% of the sports college students in the positive behavior and cognitive coping style is significantly lower than that their employment hopes are greater than 50% college students.
