当前温州大学生创业教育存在问题与质量提升研究

【摘要】：我国的大学生创业教育已经开展了十多年，取得了不少成效，也积累了较丰富的经验。一些高校还探索出适合地方经济社会发展的大学生创业教育新路子，为解决高等教育大众化带来的严峻的大学生就业难问题，为大学生创业能力和创新精神的培养，提供了许多可以参考的范式。本文以细致调研为基础，把握当前大学生创业教育的现状，发现其存在的问题和不足，从而寻找优化大学生创业教育的现实途径，对推进大学生创业教育的健康有序发展有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文界定了创业与创业教育的概念，对当前大学生创业教育作了客观中肯的分析，并从思想认识、人才培养内容、实践环节、政府政策导向、社会创业服务体系等方面，分析当前大学生创业教育存在的问题。如在思想认识方面，有传统观念对创业教育的阻碍、大学生对创业教育认知度低、高校教师对创业教育的轻视等；在人才培养方面，由于没有纳入人才培养计划、没有配套的课程和教材、没有与专业教育有机融合、没有强化创业精神培养、没有专职教师队伍，导致大学生创业教育缺乏导向性、系统性、针对性、引领性和稳定性；在实践环节方面，则存在着组织松散、缺乏引导，内容单调、千人一面，与社会需求游离、与产业发展脱节等现象；另外，在政府政策导向、社会创业服务体系方面都显得薄弱。针对这些问题，本文提出了大学生创业教育质量提升的对策，主要有：一是转变教育理念，重视创业精神的培养；二是完善人才培养体系，推进创业教育改革；三是搭建创业实践平台，加强大学生创业教育；四是发挥政策导向优势，鼓励大学生自主创业；五是加强社会系统的支持力度，扶持大学生自主创业。
[Abstract]:The entrepreneurship education of college students in our country has been carried out for more than ten years, which has made many achievements and accumulated rich experience. Some colleges and universities have also explored a new way of entrepreneurship education for college students suitable for the development of local economy and society, in order to solve the serious problem of employment of college students brought about by the popularization of higher education, and to foster the entrepreneurial ability and innovative spirit of college students. Many paradigms are provided for reference. On the basis of careful investigation, this paper grasps the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship education, finds out its problems and shortcomings, and finds out the practical ways to optimize the college students' entrepreneurship education. It has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the healthy and orderly development of college students' entrepreneurship education. This paper defines the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, makes an objective and pertinent analysis of the current entrepreneurship education of college students, and makes an objective analysis from the aspects of ideological understanding, personnel training content, practical links, government policy guidance, social entrepreneurship service system, etc. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the entrepreneurship education of college students at present. For example, in terms of ideological understanding, there are obstacles to entrepreneurship education from traditional concepts, low awareness of entrepreneurship education among college students, contempt for entrepreneurship education by university teachers, and so on. There are no matching courses and teaching materials, no organic integration with professional education, no strengthening of entrepreneurship cultivation, no full-time teachers, leading to lack of guidance, systematization, pertinence, guidance and stability of entrepreneurship education for college students; In practice, there are some phenomena, such as loose organization, lack of guidance, monotonous content, one-thousand people, dissociation from social demand, disconnection from industrial development, etc. In addition, in the direction of government policy, Social entrepreneurship service system is weak. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving the quality of college students' entrepreneurship education, which are mainly as follows: first, to change the educational concept and attach importance to the cultivation of entrepreneurship, secondly, to perfect the talent training system and to promote the reform of entrepreneurship education; The third is to build a platform for entrepreneurship practice, to strengthen entrepreneurship education for college students; fourth, to give play to the advantages of policy guidance to encourage college students to start their own businesses; fifthly, to strengthen the support of the social system to support college students to start their own businesses.
