大学生创业教育中思想政治教育存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中明确提出:必须加强就业创业教育和就业指导服务,要强化创业教育,促进以创业带动就业,创立高校与科研院所、行业、企业联合培养人才的新机制。综观当前经济社会发展形势和高等教育改革的发展态势,推进创新创业教育是高校人才培养改革的创新举措。在大学阶段开展创业教育是高等教育面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的必然选择和发展趋势。大学生创业教育不仅是一种创业技能教育,也是一种素质教育,一种生存教育和发展教育,这就决定在大学生的创业教育中,需要思想政治教育发挥着不可替代的重要作用。在大学生的创业教育中,高校要结合理论教学与实践活动的方式,引导大学生在良好价值取向的基础之上树立正确的创业观;培养大学生坚定的理想信念,树立高尚的创业品格;磨砺大学生艰苦奋斗的创业精神与坚韧不拔的创业意志;完善大学生的创业知识结构,全面提升大学生的创业综合素质与创业能力;为大学生顺利创业营造良好的环境支持;最终塑造出大学生健全的创业人格、独特的创业个性,能够更好的适应竞争激烈的市场环境,更好的将适合自身情况的创业规划付诸于行动,促进创业的顺利进行。而当前,我国对于创业教育的研究尚且有限,对于大学生创业教育中的思想政治教育研究更是未成体系。本文以大学生创业教育为出发点,从以下几个方面对大学生创业教育中的思想政治教育进行研究:第一部分,研究当前我国大学生创业教育的发展、内涵及意义。第二部分,研究大学生创业教育与思想政治教育的内在联系。第三部分,对大学生创业教育的现状进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。第四部分,结合调查分析和前文的理论研究,提出大学生创业教育中思想政治教育存在的主要问题并对问题产生的原因进行分析。第五部分,根据前面的研究,有针对性的就如何开展大学生创业教育中的思想政治教育进行研究并提出相关对策。通过以上研究,以期思想政治教育能够充分发挥自身的功能和优势,为大学生创业教育服务。

Entrepreneurship education for college students is not only a kind of entrepreneurship education, but also a quality education, a kind of survival education and development education, which determines that ideological and political education plays an irreplaceable important role in the entrepreneurship education of college students. In college students' entrepreneurship education, colleges and universities should combine theoretical teaching with practical activities to guide college students to set up a correct view of entrepreneurship on the basis of good value orientation, to cultivate students' firm ideals and beliefs, To set up noble entrepreneurial character, to sharpen the enterprising spirit and perseverance of college students, to perfect the knowledge structure of college students' entrepreneurship, and to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of college students' entrepreneurship. To create a good environment for college students to start a business, and finally to shape a sound entrepreneurial personality of college students, unique entrepreneurial personality, can better adapt to the fierce competition in the market environment, Better to suit their own circumstances of entrepreneurial planning into action to promote the smooth progress of entrepreneurship. At present, the research on entrepreneurship education in our country is still limited, and the research on ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education of college students is even less systematic. This paper studies the ideological and political education in the entrepreneurship education of college students from the following aspects: the first part is to study the development, connotation and significance of the entrepreneurship education of college students in China. In the second part, the author studies the inner relationship between entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education of college students. In the third part, the current situation of entrepreneurship education for college students is investigated, and the results are statistically analyzed. The fourth part, combining the investigation and analysis and the previous theoretical research, puts forward the main problems of ideological and political education in college students' entrepreneurship education and analyzes the causes of the problems. The fifth part, according to the previous research, focused on how to carry out ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education of college students and put forward relevant countermeasures. Through the above research, we hope that ideological and political education can give full play to its own functions and advantages, and serve the entrepreneurship education of college students.
