武昌分校90后大学生职业愿景研究

【摘要】:90后自进入大学以来一直是社会各层议论的对象,90后员工的管理也成为企业关注的话题。本文以独立学院华中科技大学武昌分校90后大学生作为研究对象,通过对该校90后大学生的毕业去向、就业选择、就业信心、就业困惑及理想中的工作状态问卷,,了解90后大学生的职业愿景,以便对独立学院招生办学、就业指导工作,企业人才甄选及人力资源管理工作提供有益参考。 本文通过分析调查数据发现,武昌分校90后大学生在选择工作时考虑问题更客观和实际,虽然对高校毕业生就业前景不乐观,但希望靠自己的实力找到自己喜欢的、与所学专业相关的、薪资福利好、工作环境好、有公休、自由、有上升空间的工作。本文认为稳定、繁荣政治经济环境使得90后大学生自信、对生活品质要求高;网络技术的发达使得90后大学生考虑问题全面却不善于处理复杂的人际关系;高校扩招使得大学生供大于求,就业压力大;独生子女的家庭环境使得90后大学生更自我且依赖父母;独立学院的学生就业机会相对少等,这些都是武昌分校90后大学生职业愿景形成的原因。基于前文的武昌分校90后大学生职业愿景及成因分析,武昌分校和企业应该采取相应的措施应对。本文运用PEST分析方法,剖析了武昌分校发展所面临的政治、经济、社会、技术背景,指出独立学院应当适应时代变迁转变固有的办学思路,突出办学特色,完善就业指导工作,探讨多种发展思路以对大学生职业愿景产生积极影响,建议企业对90后员工实行人本管理增强90后大学毕业生的求职愿望。
[Abstract]:The post-90s has been the object of discussion at all levels of society since entering university, and the management of the post-90s employees has also become a topic of concern to enterprises. This paper takes the post-90s college students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the research object. Through the questionnaire of graduation direction, employment choice, employment confidence, employment confusion and ideal work status of the post-90s college students, To understand the career vision of post-90s college students, in order to provide a useful reference for independent college admissions, employment guidance, enterprise talent selection and human resources management. The post-90s students of Wuchang Branch consider more objective and practical problems when choosing jobs. Although they are not optimistic about the employment prospects of college graduates, they hope to rely on their own strength to find what they like, those related to their major, and good salaries and benefits. The working environment is good, has the public holiday, the freedom, has the upward space work. This paper holds that the stable and prosperous political and economic environment makes the post-90s college students confident and demanding high quality of life, and that the post-90s college students are not good at dealing with complex interpersonal relationships because of the development of network technology. The expansion of college enrollment makes the supply of college students exceed demand and pressure of employment; the family environment of the only child makes the post-90s students more self-reliant and dependent on their parents; the students of independent colleges have relatively few employment opportunities, etc. These are the reasons for the formation of the career vision of post-1990 college students at Wuchang Branch. Based on the previous analysis of career vision and causes of post-1990 students in Wuchang Branch, Wuchang Branch and enterprises should take corresponding measures to deal with it. By using pest analysis method, this paper analyzes the political, economic, social and technical background of the development of Wuchang Branch, and points out that the independent college should adapt to the inherent ideas of the change of the times, highlight the characteristics of the school, and perfect the employment guidance work. In order to have a positive impact on the career vision of college students, it is suggested that enterprises should implement people-oriented management to enhance the post-90s college graduates' desire to seek employment.
