大学生职业性向测评维度与就业岗位匹配研究

【摘要】:基于当前国内外就业的严峻形势,文章通过对大学生职业性向测评维度相关理论的研究,进一步更新了影响大学生就业岗位匹配的维度因素;通过对大学生职业性向测评维度的调查问卷分析,进一步认清了当前大学生与就业岗位匹配的素质状况;这为大学生职业性向诸维度与就业岗位匹配研究提供了一定依据。在此基础上,大学生职业性向测评诸维度与就业岗位匹配的模型初建得以落到实处。 文章共分为六个部分。第一部分是绪论,包括研究背景、研究目的和意义、研究方法和思路、研究创新点四方面内容。第一章首先着眼于“维度”研究,后来对于维度的概念研究与分类研究进一步细化,提出了大学生职业性向测评中的维度体系,包括:品德维度、能力维度、个性特征维度、职业锚维度、职业兴趣维度、情商维度、教育背景维度、生活环境维度以及工作阅历维度这九个方面。通过对这九个方面的维度进行概述,第二章进一步证实了大学生职业性向测评维度与就业岗位的关系。第三章,通过问卷调查法,全面了解当前大学生素质的基本情况,并进行测评中诸维度的因素分析。在第四章,通过对大学生职业性向测评诸维度与就业岗位中相应岗位的权重研究,对大学生职业性向测评维度与就业岗位匹配进行了理论分析,并提出了大学生职业性向测评诸维度与就业岗位匹配的模型初建以及在实践方面的探索。这一章节是文章的核心内容,是文章的落脚点。最后,是文章的结论与展望,总结了文章的内容,提出了文章具体的不足以及展望。 本文最主要的创新点就是在调查问卷的基础上,构建了大学生职业性向测评维度与就业岗位匹配的初步模型,这为最终实现大学生自身素质探析,为达到大学生职业性向测评维度与就业岗位的最佳匹配提供了理论借鉴和实践参照,并为解决当前就业难题提供了初步的理论依据与实践探索。
[Abstract]:Based on the grim situation of employment at home and abroad, this paper further updates the dimensionality factors that affect the employment matching of college students through the research on the relevant theories of vocational orientation evaluation of college students. Through the questionnaire analysis on the dimensions of occupational orientation evaluation of college students, this paper further recognizes the quality of the matching between college students and employment posts, which provides a certain basis for the study of the matching between occupational orientation dimensions and employment positions of college students. On this basis, the model of occupational orientation evaluation of college students and the matching of employment position can be put into practice. The article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, including the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods and ideas, research innovation four aspects. The first chapter focuses on the study of "dimension", and then further refines the research on the concept and classification of the dimension, and puts forward the dimensionality system of vocational orientation evaluation of college students, including: moral dimension, ability dimension, personality dimension. Career anchor dimension, career interest dimension, emotional quotient dimension, educational background dimension, living environment dimension and work experience dimension. By summarizing the dimensions of these nine aspects, the second chapter further confirms the relationship between the occupational orientation evaluation dimension and the employment position of college students. The third chapter, through the questionnaire survey method, comprehensively understands the present university student quality basic situation, and carries on the factor analysis in the evaluation each dimension. In the fourth chapter, through the study of the weight of the occupational orientation evaluation of college students and the corresponding positions in the employment position, the author makes a theoretical analysis of the matching between the occupational orientation evaluation dimension and the employment position. The paper also puts forward the model of vocational orientation evaluation of college students and the matching model of employment position and the exploration in practice. This chapter is the core content of the article, is the foothold of the article. Finally, it is the conclusion and prospect of the article, summarizes the content of the article, and puts forward the specific deficiency and prospect of the article. The most important innovation of this paper is to construct a preliminary model of the matching between the occupational orientation evaluation dimension and the employment position of college students on the basis of the questionnaire, which is the ultimate realization of college students' own quality analysis. It provides theoretical reference and practical reference for achieving the best match between occupational orientation evaluation dimension and employment position of college students, and provides a preliminary theoretical basis and practical exploration for solving the current employment problem.
