【摘要】：过去对影响行为和凝聚力的研究多聚焦在企业团体或组织中，仅有散见的一些文献聚焦在班级凝聚力的研究中，而且只是将班级定位在团体层面上进行研究。本文通过借鉴前人有关影响行为和凝聚力的相关研究，将视角定位在班级且将其定义在组织层面上进行研究。本文班干部影响行为定义为班干部为了达到自己或组织的目的，，运用影响力，施加于班级成员的行为。班级凝聚力定义为班级成员在追求其共同价值目标的过程中，相互吸引合作，保持一体性的状态。本研究在文献研究的基础上，通过访谈等方式编制出班干部影响行为和班级凝聚力量表，并对其相关关系进行研究。同时对可能对其之间的关系产生影响的年级、班干部性别等因素进行分析，但结果并不显著。本文通过查阅文献对不显著的原因进行解释并提出提高班级凝聚力，班干部培养方面的建议。
[Abstract]:In the past, most of the researches on the influence of behavior and cohesion were focused on the corporate groups or organizations, and only the scattered literature focused on the study of class cohesion, and only focused on the study of class orientation at the group level. By referring to the previous studies on influence behavior and cohesion, this paper focuses on the class and defines it at the organizational level. In this paper, class cadres' influence behavior is defined as that class cadres exert influence on class members in order to achieve their own or organizational goals. Class cohesion is defined as class members in the pursuit of their common values in the process of mutual attraction and cooperation to maintain a unified state. On the basis of literature research, this study worked out the scale of class cadres' influence behavior and class cohesion by interview, and studied the correlation between class cadres' influence behavior and class cohesion. At the same time, the factors that may influence the relationship between them, such as grade and class cadre gender, are analyzed, but the results are not significant. By consulting literature, this paper explains the causes of insignificance and puts forward some suggestions on improving class cohesion and training class cadres.
