高校本科教学质量监控平台的研究与实现

【摘要】：近十年来,随着我国高等院校的不断扩招,高等教育规模已经从精英化教育发展为大众化教育。高等教育扩招除了使办学规模扩大,带来的其他的结果也是不容乐观的。其中,学生数量的扩大没有对应的师资力量,没有足够的学习空间与学习资源,这些势必会造成教学质量的下降。人才培养质量的下降又会阻碍整个国家的发展。因此,提高高等教育的办学质量不仅可以稳固高校的生命线,也可以促进整个国家经济发展。要提高高等教育的办学质量,建立健全的质量监控与保障体系是必备的武器。教学质量监控与保障体系由外部保障与内部监控组成。本文从高校内部监控出发,首先介绍了选题依据及研究意义,综述了国内外高等教育监控与保障体系的研究现状,并对该课题相关理论进行了研究学习和分析。再对国内外教学质量监控与保障体系进行比较研究,分析出国外高等教育质量监控与保障体系各自的特点,归纳出现阶段我国高校质量监控存在不足并提出改进意见和建议。在上述研究工作的基础上,本文构建了学校、院系两级的高校内部监控体系。以改进意见和建议为导向,建立高校本科教学质量监控平台,应用于对院系教学质量动态监控,其中以网络为技术平台,以实时为运行特征,突显服务功能。然后进行监控平台功能和性能需求分析,设计该系统的总体架构、功能模块和数据库,并从数据库安全和应用程序安全两方面对系统的安全进行设计。在确定系统的开发环境后,详细阐述了系统的核心模块及其实现。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, with the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the scale of higher education has developed from elite education to popular education. In addition to the expansion of higher education scale, the other results are not optimistic. Among them, the expansion of the number of students does not have corresponding teachers, there is not enough learning space and learning resources, which will inevitably lead to the decline of teaching quality. The decline in the quality of talent training will hinder the development of the country as a whole. Therefore, improving the quality of higher education can not only stabilize the lifeline of higher education, but also promote the economic development of the whole country. To improve the quality of higher education, it is necessary to establish a sound quality control and guarantee system. Teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system consists of external guarantee and internal supervision. Starting from the internal monitoring of colleges and universities, this paper first introduces the basis and significance of the topic, summarizes the current research situation of the monitoring and security system of higher education at home and abroad, and studies and analyzes the relevant theories of this subject. Then the author makes a comparative study on the teaching quality control and guarantee system at home and abroad, analyzes the respective characteristics of the foreign higher education quality monitoring and guarantee system, sums up the deficiencies of the quality control system in China's colleges and universities at the present stage, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for improvement. On the basis of the above research work, this paper constructs the internal monitoring system of colleges and departments. Based on improving opinions and suggestions, this paper establishes a monitoring platform for undergraduate teaching quality in colleges and universities, which is applied to the dynamic monitoring of teaching quality in colleges and departments, in which the network is used as the technical platform and real-time as the running feature to highlight the service function. Then the function and performance requirements of the monitoring platform are analyzed, and the overall architecture, function module and database of the system are designed, and the security of the system is designed from the two aspects of database security and application security. After determining the development environment of the system, the core module and its implementation are described in detail.
