自主学习:衔接中学教育与大学教育的有效方式

【摘要】：中学教育阶段和大学教育阶段是人才培养和人才成长过程中的两个重要阶段,两阶段的有效衔接是人才培养规律的体现。然而,现实中尽管两者衔接对人才培养的重要性从理论上得到了中外学者的论证,但实践中依然存在两者的断裂现象,严重影响了人才培养质量。其原因主要为中学实际课程与实施偏离应然课程,教学注重灌输,学生学习方式单一。自主学习因其所内涵的能动性、独立性、有效性等特征,能有效实现两者的衔接。加强自主学习的途径主要有:转变传统教学思想,摆正教与学的关系以提高学生"能学"意识;转变单一的课程目标,落实课程内容以培养学生"想学"兴趣;教师指导学法,锻炼学生"会学"能力;改善教学资源的管理,强化自主学习氛围。
[Abstract]:The stage of middle school education and the stage of university education are two important stages in the process of talent training and talent growth, and the effective connection of the two stages is the embodiment of the law of talent training. However, in reality, although the importance of linking the two to talent training has been theoretically demonstrated by Chinese and foreign scholars, there is still a phenomenon of rupture between the two in practice, which seriously affects the quality of talent training. The main reasons are that the actual curriculum and implementation deviate from the expected curriculum, the teaching pays attention to indoctrination, and the students study in a single way. Autonomous learning, because of its characteristics of initiative, independence and effectiveness, can effectively link the two. The main ways to strengthen autonomous learning are as follows: changing the traditional teaching thought, adjusting the relationship between teaching and learning to improve the students' consciousness of "learning"; changing the single course goal and carrying out the course content to cultivate students' interest in "want to learn"; To improve the management of teaching resources and strengthen the atmosphere of autonomous learning.
