建国初期高等师范教育学科的发展研究(1949-1956年)

【摘要】:新中国的成立标志着中国社会的发展进入了一个重要的转型时期,之后我国经济、文化、社会的方方面面都进入了一个新的历史时期。在高等师范院校内部,教育学科取得了一些显著的发展,并为当代我国教育学科的发展奠定了基础。本课题旨在对建国初期高等师范教育学科的发展状况展开具体考察,主要从以下几个方面进行: 绪论部分:概述了选题的缘起,并对相关研究成果及文献史料进行了梳理,进一步厘清了研究内容和研究方法。 第一部分:以当时的社会状况和制度变革情况为背景对建国初期高等师范教育学科发展的环境进行考察与分析:在当时看来,学习苏联教育学科具有一定的应然性和急迫性;同时高校院系调整为高等师范教育学科的发展创造了一个良好的平台。 第二部分:重点分析了建国初期高等师范教育学科的建立和发展状况。主要从课程、教材、师资和教学组织这四个方面进行考察。在这个转型时期,经过新中国教育学科的开创者们得努力及苏联教育学科先进经验的影响,高等师范教育学科经历了一轮紧接着一轮的课程改革,教材从改编、引进并发展为自编,师资队伍结构呈现多元化的局面,推广了新的教学组织——教研组(室)。 第三部分:以《人民教育》为例,对建国初期教育期刊与高等师范教育学科的发展之间的关系进行了分析与考察。指出当时教育期刊对教育学科发展的几点作用,顺应并促进了高等师范教育学科的转型、传播苏联教育经验的有效途径、促进了教育学科师生的专业化发展、为高等师范教育学科学术交流提供平台。总的来看,建国初期以《人民教育》为代表的教育期刊在引进苏联先进教育经验、促进国内教育学术交流中发挥了重要作用。同时也反映出教育学科的意识形态化、对传统教育的继承性不足的问题。 第四部分:在前文分析和考察的基础上,结合具体的相关史料,总结了建国初期高等师范教育学科的四个基本特征,即模仿性、政治性、专业性、师范性。在向苏联学习的大背景下,加强了思想政治方面的教育,获得了更加专业的发展,同时师范性得以增强。并指出在建国初期这段历史时期内高等师范教育学科在不断的恢复建设中取得了新的发展。 第五部分:再次审视建国初期高等师范教育学科的发展状况,概述了其取得的发展与不足之处。在这个历史和制度的转型时期,稳定了教育秩序并创建了新的教育学科体系,同时也为高等师范教育学科科研创造了条件。此外,这一部分又从教育学科的继承性问题、学术性与政治性关系问题、教育学科的中国化问题这几方面分析了高等师范教育学科在转型时期的发展中的不足。但是从总的发展趋势看来,这一阶段高等师范教育学科的发展具有奠基性和开创性。
[Abstract]:The establishment of new China marks the development of Chinese society has entered an important period of transition, and then China's economy, culture, social aspects have entered a new historical period. Within the normal universities, the educational discipline has made some remarkable development, and laid the foundation for the development of the contemporary educational discipline in our country. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the development of higher normal education in the early years of the people's Republic of China, mainly from the following aspects: introduction: the origin of the topic is summarized. The related research results and historical materials are combed, and the research contents and methods are further clarified. The first part: based on the background of the social situation and the system change at that time, the author investigates and analyzes the environment of the development of the discipline of higher normal education in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China: at that time, the study of the subject of education in the Soviet Union had a certain degree of urgency and urgency; At the same time, the adjustment of colleges and departments has created a good platform for the development of higher normal education. The second part focuses on the establishment and development of the subject of higher normal education in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Mainly from the curriculum, teaching materials, teachers and teaching organization of these four aspects to investigate. In this transitional period, through the efforts of the founders of the educational disciplines in New China and the influence of the Soviet Union's advanced experience in the field of education, the subjects of higher normal education went through a series of curriculum reforms one after another, and the textbooks were adapted. Introducing and developing into self-compiling, the structure of teaching staff is diversified, and the new teaching organization-teaching and research group (department) is popularized. The third part: taking "people's Education" as an example, this paper analyzes and inspects the relationship between the development of educational periodicals and the subject of higher normal education in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. It is pointed out that the educational periodicals played a few roles in the development of educational discipline at that time, which complied with and promoted the transformation of higher normal education, the effective way of spreading Soviet educational experience, and promoted the professional development of teachers and students in educational subjects. To provide a platform for academic exchanges in normal education. In general, educational periodicals represented by "people's Education" played an important role in the introduction of advanced Soviet educational experience and the promotion of domestic educational academic exchanges in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. At the same time, it also reflects the ideological nature of the educational discipline and the lack of inheritance to the traditional education. The fourth part: on the basis of the previous analysis and investigation, combined with the specific historical data, summarizes the four basic characteristics of the subject of higher normal education in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, that is, imitating, political, professional, and normal. Under the background of learning from the Soviet Union, we strengthened the ideological and political education, gained more professional development, and strengthened the nature of teachers' training. It is pointed out that in the period of history in the early period of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the discipline of higher normal education has made new progress in the process of continuous restoration and construction. Part V: review the development of higher normal education in the early years of the people's Republic of China, and summarize its development and shortcomings. In the transition period of history and system, the educational order has been stabilized and a new educational discipline system has been established, which has also created conditions for the scientific research of higher normal educational disciplines. In addition, this part analyzes the deficiency in the development of higher normal education in the transitional period from the following aspects: the inheritance of educational discipline, the relationship between academic and political nature, and the localization of educational discipline in China. But from the general trend of development, the development of higher normal education in this stage has foundation and originality.
