高等学校教师教学水平综合评价研究
[Abstract]:The reputation of a university mainly depends on its ability to train talents, while the ability of cultivating talents is largely determined by the teaching level of its teachers. Therefore, accurately evaluating teachers' teaching level and helping teachers to improve their teaching ability become the core work of university teachers and teaching management, which plays an important role in the development of universities. This paper mainly studies the theory of comprehensive evaluation of teachers' teaching level in colleges and universities, and designs a set of effective comprehensive evaluation methods of teachers' teaching level according to the research results. Based on the necessity of this study, this paper discusses the significance and function of comprehensive evaluation of teachers' teaching level in colleges and universities, and studies the theoretical basis and development of comprehensive evaluation through the method of literature retrieval. The feasibility of applying the comprehensive evaluation method to the evaluation of teachers' teaching level is also discussed. This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the research on the comprehensive evaluation of the teaching level of university teachers at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems existing in other similar researches and practices. The comprehensive evaluation of teachers' teaching level is divided into two parts: the construction of comprehensive evaluation index and the establishment of comprehensive evaluation method. This paper clarifies the problems that should be paid attention to in the practice of comprehensive evaluation of college teachers' teaching level, and establishes the principles that should be adhered to in the comprehensive evaluation, including the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system and the selection and implementation of comprehensive evaluation methods. Secondly, it introduces the comprehensive evaluation theory and evaluation model of college teachers' teaching level, and expounds in detail the mathematical tools used in this study and its application basis in this study. It is a general research and discussion on the comprehensive evaluation method used in this study. Then the research on comprehensive evaluation is summarized and the general theory of comprehensive evaluation method is combined with the actual situation of college teachers' teaching work, and the index system and evaluation content of comprehensive evaluation of college teachers' teaching level are established. The comprehensive evaluation model system of teachers' teaching level is established by AHP, and the evaluation standard is explained in detail. Finally, this paper introduces the application of this research in the practice of comprehensive evaluation of college teachers' teaching level, and looks forward to the prospect of comprehensive evaluation of college teachers' teaching level.
