高校思想政治教育微观环境优化问题研究

【摘要】：大学生是民族的希望、祖国的未来、是实现中华民族伟大复兴的可靠人才保障，高校要在确保学生掌握坚实的科学文化知识的同时，也必须培养其过硬的思想政治素质。高校思想政治教育是培养大学生坚定的政治立场、提高大学生思想政治素质的根本。如何在新形势下做好高校的思想政治教育工作，，是思想政治教育理论研究的一个重大课题。相比以往的从政治、经济、文化等宏观环境的研究来做思想政治教育工作，本文转换视角，从具体的校园微观环境入手，以学生学习生活息息相关的高校教师师德建设、宿舍文化建设、学生社团建设、图书馆建设、网络环境建设等组成的复杂环境系统中，分析环境的现状，通过对高校微观环境建设中取得的成就与不足之处的分析，提出高校微观环境优化的切实可行的措施，以期望通过良好的校园微观环境的优化和建设来使大学生在潜移默化中提高自身的思想政治素质，提供做好高校思想政治教育工作的新视野，拓展高校思想政治教育的新途径、新方法。全文共分为四部分，第一部分从高校思想政治教育微观环境的内涵、分类、特征、功能等方面对高校思想政治教育微观环境做了详细的概述，对本为所研究的高校微观环境所涉及的内容做了具体地界定；第二部分分析了高校微观环境对思想政治教育活动和提高大学生思想政治素质的作用和影响；第三部分分析了高校师德建设、高校社团建设、高校宿舍文化建设、高校图书馆建设、高校网络建设等方面取得成就，主要对这几个方面建设中存在的问题做了全面的分析。第四部分主要根据高校师德建设、高校社团建设、高校宿舍文化建设、高校图书馆建设、高校网络建设等方面存在的问题提出了针对性地解决问题的措施。
[Abstract]:College students are the hope of the nation, the future of the motherland, and the reliable talent guarantee to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Colleges and universities must not only ensure that students master solid knowledge of science and culture, but also cultivate their excellent ideological and political quality. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the basis of cultivating students' firm political stand and improving their ideological and political quality. How to do well the ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the new situation is an important subject in the theoretical research of ideological and political education. Compared with the previous studies on the macro environment of politics, economy, culture and so on, this paper changes the angle of view, starts with the concrete microcosmic environment on campus, and builds the teachers' ethics which is closely related to the students' study and life. In the complex environment system composed of dormitory culture construction, student association construction, library construction, network environment construction and so on, the present situation of the environment is analyzed, and the achievements and deficiencies in the micro environment construction of colleges and universities are analyzed. In order to improve the ideological and political quality of college students through the optimization and construction of good micro-environment on campus, this paper puts forward some practical measures to optimize the micro-environment of colleges and universities. This paper provides a new vision of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and a new way and method to expand ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part gives a detailed overview of the micro-environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the aspects of connotation, classification, characteristics and functions of the micro-environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The second part analyzes the effect and influence of the micro environment on ideological and political education activities and improving the ideological and political quality of college students. The third part analyzes the achievements in the aspects of the construction of college teachers' ethics, the construction of university associations, the construction of college dormitory culture, the construction of university library, the construction of university network and so on, and mainly makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the construction of these aspects. In the fourth part, the author puts forward some measures to solve the problems such as the construction of college teachers' ethics, the construction of university associations, the construction of college dormitory culture, the construction of university library and the construction of university network.
