后考研期本硕衔接阶段学生培养问题的研究

【摘要】:随着高等教育大众化的进程,中国高等院校的毛入学率逐年增高,在校研究生的数量也是逐渐递增,因此如何保证学生的培养质量倍受关注。《2010-2020年国家中长期发展和改革规划纲要》中明确指出对于国家高等教育的未来发展问题中要着重提高高等教育质量和人才培养质量。 在高等教育中,本科教育和研究生教育是重要的两个阶段,所以本-硕阶段衔接的连贯性显得尤为重要,同时这也是学生角色转变当中的重要阶段之一。目前中国的研究生考试制度正趋于完善,考研热的相关问题也受到了社会的关注,可是考研过后学生的教学、毕业论文设计以及学校和老师对其管理方面的问题却没有受到足够的重视,尤其对即将成为硕士研究生的学生来说充足的准备是必要的。 为了提高研究生的培养质量,达到国家对于高层次人才科研能力培养的目标,面对众多层次和背景都不尽相同的学生,高校和教师担任的领导角色尤为重要。对于理工科院校来说,更加注重对理工类学生应用能力的培养,学生从本科生的基础学习到研究生阶段的科研能力锻炼的转变更加要重视。不同角度的衔接问题有不同的方法去处理,比如说心理适应力问题、亚健康的状态以及面对就业和继续升学的压力,特别是有些院校和导师对于学生发表论文以及科研成果方面有一定的要求等等,都可以以不同方式去解决。本文立足于大学管理者的角度,注重师生关系中导师的领导方式,进一步从培养过程、培养评价以及管理的角度,从学校可控的学生管理模式和培养模式中找到有效的方式改善本硕衔接阶段学生的培养问题,实现对学生个性化和多元化培养的基础之上进行柔性的管理,提高学生的培养质量。
[Abstract]:With the process of popularization of higher education, the gross enrollment rate of Chinese higher education is increasing year by year, and the number of graduate students is also increasing gradually. Therefore, how to ensure the quality of students' training has attracted much attention. In the outline of the National Medium- and Long-term Development and Reform Plan for 2010-2020, it is clearly pointed out that emphasis should be placed on improving the quality of higher education and the quality of personnel training in the future development of national higher education. In higher education, undergraduate education and graduate education are two important stages, so the coherence of the link between the two stages is particularly important, and it is also one of the important stages in the transformation of students' role. At present, the examination system for graduate students in China is becoming more and more perfect, and the problems related to the hot postgraduate examination have also attracted the attention of the society. However, the teaching of students after taking part in the postgraduate examination, Graduate thesis design and school and teacher management issues have not been given enough attention, especially for students who are about to become master's degree students. In order to improve the training quality of graduate students and achieve the goal of cultivating the scientific research ability of high-level talents, the leading role played by colleges and teachers is particularly important in the face of students with different levels and backgrounds. For the colleges of science and engineering, more attention should be paid to the cultivation of the applied ability of the students of science and engineering, and the transformation of the students' ability of scientific research from the basic study of undergraduates to the training of the scientific research ability in the postgraduate stage should be paid more attention. There are different ways to deal with the problem of convergence from different angles, for example, the problem of psychological adaptability, the condition of sub-health, and the pressure of employment and continuing education. In particular, some colleges and mentors have certain requirements for students to publish papers and scientific research results, and so on, which can be solved in different ways. This article is based on the university administrator's angle, pays attention to the teacher's leadership style in the teacher-student relationship, further from the training process, the training evaluation and the management angle, To find an effective way to improve the cultivation of students at the stage of convergence, and to achieve flexible management on the basis of individualized and diversified cultivation of students.
