高校本科创新型人才培养的实现途径——我校人文类通识课程体系的初步构想

【摘要】：创新型人才是一个国家和社会得以进步的永续资源,当今各国都把创新型人才的培养作为经济社会持续发展的制高点。本文探讨大学培养创新型人才的主要实现途径。重点探讨人文通识课程在创新型人才培养中的重要作用,提出创新型人才培养的人文通识课程体系的初步构想,使人文类通识课程教学实践真正成为培养具有人文精神、创新精神、创新能力和广阔视野的创新型人才不可缺少的实现途经之一。
[Abstract]:Innovative talents are the sustainable resources for a country and society to make progress. Nowadays, all countries regard the cultivation of innovative talents as the commanding point of sustainable economic and social development. This paper discusses the main ways to realize the cultivation of innovative talents in universities. This paper mainly discusses the important role of humanities general knowledge course in the cultivation of innovative talents, and puts forward the preliminary conception of the humanities general knowledge course system of innovative talents training, so that the teaching practice of humanities general knowledge course becomes the cultivation of humanistic spirit. Innovation spirit, innovation ability and broad vision of innovative talents are indispensable ways to achieve.
