基于作业成本法的高校教育成本核算探究

【摘要】：近年来,高校成本费用的高速增长对精细化财务管理的要求越来越高,而目前我国高校教育成本普遍存在简单匡算、共同成本未进行合理分摊、不能全面客观地反映生均教育成本的问题。为解决这个难题,本文引进作业成本法的核算理念,分析高校应用作业成本法核算教育成本的可行性和必要性,根据资源动因和作业动因对教育成本进行合理的归集与分摊,设计了一套适合于高校的成本核算流程和模型,使其为高校的各项管理工作提供更加真实可靠的数据保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the high speed increase of the cost of colleges and universities requires more and more finer and finer financial management. However, at present, the cost of higher education in our country generally exists simple calculation, and the common cost has not been apportioned reasonably. The problem of education cost per student can not be reflected comprehensively and objectively. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduces the accounting idea of Activity-Based costing, analyzes the feasibility and necessity of applying Activity-Based costing in colleges and universities, and sets and apportion the educational cost reasonably according to the resource driver and the activity-based motivation. A set of cost accounting processes and models suitable for colleges and universities are designed to provide a more reliable data guarantee for the management of colleges and universities.
