南京研究型大学产学合作现状及对策研究

【摘要】：产学合作是大学的教学、科学研究和社会服务三大职能得到更好履行的重要措施之一，发展产学合作能够推动我国高等教育的全面进步。与一般高校相比，研究型大学具有学科门类齐全，科研水平高，师资力量雄厚等特点，在培养高层次人才和知识、科技创新的能力上更具有优势，所以研究型大学参与产学合作，能够更好地把教学、科研与经济紧密地结合在一起，为社会发展作出更多贡献。南京市在建设创新型城市的过程中，，充分认识到了科教资源的优势条件，政府大力倡导要充分利用南京的高等教育资源，开展产学合作，使大学在建设创新型城市的过程中发挥生力军的作用。本文以“大学具有服务社会职能”这一理论为基本导向，以南京的六所研究型大学为代表，分析了大学开展产学合作活动的外部环境、内部制度、学校内产学合作的组织形式、以及主要产学合作内容和模式。在此基础上，具体阐明了大学、企业以及两者在合作中存在的问题，并分析了问题存在的主要原因。最后，论文针对存在的问题，从拓宽资金来源、降低科研成果转化风险、完善中介服务机构建设、改进产学合作运行机制和开发多种产学合作模式等方面，提出了促进高校的科技成果转化，消除产学合作障碍的对策，以期对南京市高等教育资源优势能够得到更好的发掘，服务于社会经济发展在理论和实践上提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The cooperation of industry and study is one of the important measures for the better performance of the three functions of university teaching, scientific research and social service. The development of the cooperation of industry and study can promote the overall progress of higher education in China. Compared with other colleges and universities, research universities have the characteristics of complete disciplines, high level of scientific research, strong teachers and so on. They have more advantages in cultivating high-level talents and knowledge, and in the ability of scientific and technological innovation. So research universities can better combine teaching, scientific research and economy, and make more contribution to social development. In the process of building an innovative city, Nanjing is fully aware of the advantages of science and education resources, and the government strongly advocates the need to make full use of Nanjing's higher education resources and to carry out industry-learning cooperation. To make the university in the process of building an innovative city to play a new role. Based on the theory of "the university has the function of serving the society" and the six research universities in Nanjing, this paper analyzes the external environment, the internal system and the organization form of the industrial and academic cooperation in the university. As well as the main content and mode of industrial and academic cooperation. On this basis, the paper expounds the problems of universities, enterprises and their cooperation, and analyzes the main reasons of the problems. Finally, the paper aims at the existing problems, including broadening the sources of funds, reducing the risk of scientific research achievements transformation, perfecting the construction of intermediary service institutions, improving the operation mechanism of industry-school cooperation and developing various modes of industry-learning cooperation. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities and to eliminate obstacles to the cooperation between industry and school, in the hope that the advantages of higher education resources in Nanjing can be better explored and serve for reference in theory and practice in the development of social economy.
