地质大学长城学院学生创新能力培养效果综合评价

【摘要】:2005年,中国地质大学长城学院经国家教育部批准成立,由中国地质大学(北京)与河北保定贺阳教育投资有限公司合作,按照新的机制、新的模式举办的一所按照国家普通高等学校招生计划,面向全国招生的普通本科独立院校。现建校已有7年,学生人数高达14000多人。长城学院自2005年建校以来一直在积极探索和尝试对人才培养模式的改革,为了突出教育过程的实践性和职业性,并达到这一目标,多次对学生创新能力培养体系进行改进。从2005级学生开始,使用的创新能力测评是《学生学年创新能力测评鉴定》,主要包括学习能力、创新意识、创新实践以及附加分四个方面的内容。本论文确立时,正值长城学院提出需要修订学生创新能力评价体系之时,通过对现行创新能力评价体系的分析及研究,利用层次分析法与灰色关联分析法对现行创新能力培养效果评价体系进行改进。此项制度是素质教育教学的重要环节,可以对学生创新能力进行有效的全方位考核评价。鼓励学生在学习之余,能够注重自身创新能力的提高与发展。 本文针对中国地质大学长城学院学生创新能力测评进行调查和研究,坚持以提高学生创新能力为目的,积极吸收国内外先进的新成果,借鉴其他高校创新能力培养的有益经验,从教育思想观念的改革入手,坚持理论研究与改革实践相结合,为长城学院提高学生创新能力培养提供了具有推广价值的研究成果。
[Abstract]:In 2005, the Great Wall College of the China University of Geosciences was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It was established by the China University of Geosciences (Beijing) in cooperation with Hebei Baoding He Yang Education Investment Co., Ltd., in accordance with the new mechanism. The new model is an independent college with a national enrollment program. Now the school has been founded for 7 years, the number of students as high as 14000 people. The Great Wall College has been actively exploring and trying to reform the mode of talent training since its establishment in 2005. In order to emphasize the practicality and professionalism of the educational process and achieve this goal, the training system of students' innovative ability has been improved many times. Since the year of 2005, the assessment of innovation ability used is "Assessment and Appraisal of students' Innovation ability in academic year", which mainly includes four aspects: learning ability, innovation consciousness, innovation practice and additional four aspects. This thesis was established at the time when the Great Wall College proposed the need to revise the evaluation system of students' innovation ability, through the analysis and research of the current evaluation system of innovation ability. The present evaluation system of innovation ability training effect is improved by AHP and grey relational analysis. This system is an important part of quality education teaching, which can effectively assess students' innovation ability. Encourage students in addition to learning, can pay attention to their own innovation ability and development. This paper investigates and studies the evaluation and evaluation of students' innovation ability in the Great Wall College of China University of Geosciences, insists on the purpose of improving students' innovation ability, actively absorbs new advanced achievements at home and abroad, and draws lessons from the beneficial experience of other colleges and universities in the cultivation of innovation ability. Starting from the reform of educational ideology and concept, the author insists on the combination of theoretical research and reform practice, which provides a valuable research result for the Great Wall College to improve students' innovative ability.
