高校应届毕业生生涯不确定的影响因素探讨
[Abstract]:Career uncertainty is a common problem in individual development. However, due to various reasons, many people to senior still can not determine their development direction, in a career uncertainty. The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning and influencing factors of career uncertainty of college graduates, and to provide a reference framework to explain career uncertainty for individuals of career uncertainty and career education and consultation work in colleges and universities. This study adopts the method of combining quantification and quality, and it is divided into two stages: in the first stage, 300 senior undergraduate students of a comprehensive university in Heilongjiang Province are selected as the research objects. A total of 278 effective samples were obtained by using career Action scale and State anxiety scale. In the second stage, on the basis of the previous quantitative investigation, 20 students with different anxiety levels were randomly selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews and analyzed with the rooted theory of qualitative research. The quantitative results show that there is no significant gender difference in career exploration anxiety among new college graduates, and the degree of anxiety of new college graduates with uncertain career orientation is significantly higher than that of career oriented students. However, there is no significant difference between career uncertainty students and career hesitant students in career exploration anxiety. The qualitative results showed that the factors influencing the career uncertainty of college graduates included motivation, interest, self-confidence, career belief, decision-making style, decision-making ability, career preparation, career exploration, workplace expectation, etc. There are 11 categories of other people's identity and relationship between marriage and friend, which are further divided into three main axes of self, opportunity and relationship, and the three-factor model of influencing factors of career uncertainty is constructed according to the rooted theory. Finally, based on the research results and the previous career development theory, the author discusses the career education, consultation and future research in colleges and universities respectively.
