课例研究在师范生学科教学知识(PCK)发展中的作用

【摘要】:学科教学知识是教师从事教育教学活动的知识基础,在教师知识中处于统领性的核心地位。而师范生学科内容知识和教育理论知识丰富,学科教学知识相对比较缺乏。 本文首先通过文献分析发现日本的课例研究模式对于丰富在职教师的学科教学知识有显著的效果。通过课堂观察、访谈以及调查问卷的形式调查得出师范生的学科教学知识来源比较单一,并且师范生自身的学科教学知识比较匮乏。 本文提出在师范生的培养中,引入课例研究的模式来丰富师范生的学科教学知识。通过组织师范生进行课例研究,拓展了师范生的学科教学知识获得途径,师范生对自由落体运动的课程与教材的知识、对学生理解和误解的知识以及自由落体教学策略上的知识有了明确的认识。通过课例教学研究来帮助师范生将学习到的理论知识更好的运用到教学实践中。并且,将自由落体运动常用的学科教学知识整理出来,初步建立一个学科教学知识库的网站。
[Abstract]:Subject teaching knowledge is the knowledge base of teachers engaged in educational and teaching activities and plays a central role in teachers' knowledge. However, normal students are rich in knowledge of subject content and educational theory, and lack of knowledge of subject teaching. First of all, through literature analysis, it is found that the model of case study in Japan has a remarkable effect on enriching the teaching knowledge of in-service teachers. Through the form of classroom observation, interview and questionnaire, it is concluded that the subject teaching knowledge of normal school students is relatively single, and the subject teaching knowledge of normal school students is relatively scarce. In order to enrich the subject teaching knowledge of normal school students, this paper proposes to introduce the model of case study in the training of normal school students. By organizing the normal school students to carry out the case study, this paper expands the ways of obtaining the subject teaching knowledge of the normal school students, and the knowledge of the normal school students about the courses and teaching materials of the free fall movement. There is a clear understanding of students' understanding and misunderstanding, as well as the knowledge of free-fall teaching strategies. Through the case teaching research to help normal students to learn the theory of better application in teaching practice. Moreover, the common subject teaching knowledge of free fall movement is sorted out, and a website of subject teaching knowledge base is established.
