大学生思想政治教育的心理沟通支持研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治教育是教育主体在一定教育环境下运用多种教育方法向教育客体传授特定教育内容的复杂的过程。其中每一环节和每个因素的协调和统一是提高思想政治教育工作实效性的关键。大学生思想政治教育过程中的心理沟通,一方面可以引导大学生形成良好的思想道德观念及行为习惯;另一方面还可以强化教育主体、客体的相互认同、理解以及情感的互相融合,从而最大限度地调动受教育者的积极性,促进其积极参与思想政治教育过程,共同实现思想政治教育目标。有鉴于此,开展对大学生思想政治教育的心理沟通以及心理沟通对于大学生思想政治教育的支持研究是不无裨益的,既可以充实丰富思想政治教育学科领域的基础理论,也可以更有效的指导高校思想政治教育实践。从古至今的思想政治教育活动中,心理的沟通现象始终存在。但是沟通并没有作为一种教育理念得到系统的阐述,相反,单向的信息传递和单纯的思想灌输的理念却根深蒂固。20世纪90年代以来,无论是在理论上还是在实践上,对于思想政治教育的方式问题有了较为激烈的争论和日渐深入的探讨,在这一过程中,教育中心理沟通的地位和作用凸显。我们应当更加人性化地实施思想政治教育,更好地把握大学生主体性的发挥;应当跳出过去单一的对学生进行灌输和学生被动接受的教育模式;应当促进与学生之间的心理沟通,使沟通不仅仅是一种手段,而成为一种理念融于思想政治教育过程之中。 高校思想政治教育是促使大学生确立正确的世界观,积极的人生观,科学的价值观和高尚的道德观的一项实践活动。这一过程中是否能实现有效的心理沟通直接决定了思想政治教育工作的实际效果,对心理沟通的基本问题、现状及其存在的障碍的研究,对于更好的开展高校思想政治教育活动有重要的理论和现实意义。本文从大学生思想政治教育心理沟通的内涵,提供心理沟通的必要性和心理沟通对于大学生思想政治教育的支持功能出发,探讨了大学生思想政治教育工作中心理沟通的作用和意义。第二部分研究探讨了当前大学生思想政治教育工作中心理沟通的支持现状,分别从其获得的成就,不足以及效果不佳的原因三个方面进行阐述。第三部分根据理论指导和实际情况提出了改善心理沟通效果,提升心理沟通支持实效的措施和途径。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a complex process in which the subject of education imparts specific educational contents to the object of education by using various educational methods under a certain educational environment. The coordination and unification of each link and every factor is the key to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Psychological communication in the process of college students' ideological and political education can, on the one hand, lead college students to form good ideological and moral concepts and behavior habits; On the other hand, it can also strengthen the mutual identification, understanding and emotion fusion of the subjects and objects of the education, so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of the educatees to the maximum extent, and promote their active participation in the process of ideological and political education. Jointly realize the goal of ideological and political education. In view of this, the psychological communication and psychological communication for the ideological and political education of college students is beneficial to the research of supporting the ideological and political education of college students, which can enrich the basic theories in the field of ideological and political education. It can also guide the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities more effectively. In the ideological and political education activities from ancient to present, the phenomenon of psychological communication always exists. But communication is not systematically expounded as an educational idea. On the contrary, the idea of one-way information transmission and pure indoctrination is deeply rooted. Since the 1990s, both in theory and in practice, The way of ideological and political education has been intensely debated and discussed day by day. In this process, the position and function of psychological communication in education are prominent. We should carry out ideological and political education more humanly, grasp the subjectivity of college students better, jump out of the educational mode of indoctrination and passive acceptance of students in the past; Psychological communication with students should be promoted so that communication is not only a means but also a kind of idea in the process of ideological and political education. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a practical activity that urges college students to establish correct world outlook, positive outlook on life, scientific values and noble moral values. Whether or not effective psychological communication can be realized in this process directly determines the actual effect of ideological and political education, and studies the basic problems, current situation and existing obstacles of psychological communication. For the better development of ideological and political education activities in colleges and universities have important theoretical and practical significance. This paper starts from the connotation of psychological communication of college students' ideological and political education, the necessity of providing psychological communication and the supporting function of psychological communication for college students' ideological and political education. This paper probes into the function and significance of psychological communication in the ideological and political education of college students. The second part discusses the current status of psychological communication support in the ideological and political education of college students, respectively from its achievements, shortcomings and the reasons for the poor results. The third part puts forward the measures and ways to improve the effect of psychological communication and enhance the effectiveness of psychological communication support according to the theoretical guidance and the actual situation.
