思想政治教育在大学生创业素质培养中的作用
[Abstract]:With the establishment and perfection of the socialist market economy system, the traditional employment mode is gradually changing, and the employment of college students is no longer arranged by the state. At the same time, with the adjustment of economic structure, the employment problem of college students becomes more and more prominent. In order to solve the problem of employment, the state issued various policies to encourage college students to start their own businesses. Under the influence of national policy, more and more college graduates have started their own business. How to develop entrepreneurship education among college students with the most entrepreneurial potential and promote the improvement of students' entrepreneurial quality is an urgent problem to be solved. In the past, there were more or less defects in entrepreneurship education, or too much business atmosphere, or too much emphasis on the improvement of a certain ability, which often ignored the importance of improving the overall quality of entrepreneurs to successful entrepreneurship. The research shows that ideological and political education is closely related to entrepreneurship education, which is helpful to improve students' entrepreneurial quality. This article attempts to make some discussion in this respect. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part systematically combs the connotation of ideological and political education and entrepreneurial quality in colleges and universities, and reveals that entrepreneurship awareness is the premise, entrepreneurial ability as the core, entrepreneurial quality as the foundation, and entrepreneurial knowledge as the guarantee. Under the guidance of Marxist world outlook, outlook on life and values, ideological and political education plays an important role in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking. Entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial personality play an important role in stimulating, strengthening, optimizing and shaping. The second part, through the empirical investigation of the status quo of entrepreneurial quality of college students, found that college students in entrepreneurial beliefs, motivation, confidence and ability are relatively inadequate, and from the internal and external causes of the cause of the lack of entrepreneurial quality analysis of the reasons for the lack of college students. There are mainly: college students their own positioning is not accurate, conviction is not firm enough, traditional concept constraints and so on. At the same time, it analyzes the important role of ideological and political education in promoting the promotion of college students' entrepreneurial quality: ideal and belief education is the fundamental motive force for cultivating college students' entrepreneurial beliefs, and patriotism education is the basis for setting up correct entrepreneurial values. Moral education is the requirement of cultivating college students' honest and honest entrepreneurial quality, and the education of legal concept is an important guarantee for college students to successfully start their own business, and it also explores the methods of ideological and political education to improve the quality of entrepreneurship. The third part, on the basis of the previous analysis, puts forward four ways to promote the entrepreneurial quality of college students, that is, to strengthen the entrepreneurial beliefs of college students through the inspiration of ideal and belief education; Through the example demonstration of patriotism education to lead college students to set up correct values of entrepreneurship, to cultivate the good entrepreneurial quality of college students through moral education, to strengthen the entrepreneurial ability of college students through the practical experience of ideological and political education; Improve the comprehensive quality of entrepreneurs by creating campus cultural atmosphere. These five aspects of a series of targeted training entrepreneurs should have the entrepreneurial quality into their own quality, so that students in the process of entrepreneurship better play their own value, create more economic and social value.
