哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力培育机制研究

【摘要】:当前,,民办高校面临的竞争呈现出多种态势:竞争对手不断增多、竞争强度不断加大、竞争领域不断扩展。民办高校既然无法回避竞争,只有积极适应竞争并通过核心竞争力的培育和提升,形成自身持续的竞争优势,才能在激烈的竞争中求得发展。本文对民办高校核心竞争力进行了全面、系统的研究。研究工作主要包括两个方面:理论部分主要包括民办高校核心竞争力的定义与内涵、发展现状及竞争形势;实证部分对哈尔滨德强商务学院进行了SWOT分析,建立了哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力生成模型,并探讨了哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力培育机制构建的具体措施。 本文经过文献梳理和分析发现我国关于大学核心竞争力的研究仍处于起步阶段,专门针对民办高校核心竞争力的研究国内研究成果不多且内容较为单一,对民办高校核心竞争力的研究急需进一步深化。因此,本文首先阐述了我国民办高校的“发展历程”、“发展模式”、“竞争形势”及“发展中存在的问题”,面对这些关系到民办高校生死存亡的问题,民办高校要想在激烈的市场竞争中生存下来,就必须正视自身的问题。然后本文通过对哈尔滨德强商务学院概况的介绍和SWOT分析,认清了哈尔滨德强商务学院的优劣势及机会与威胁,哈尔滨德强商务学院要想突出来自公办高校、境外高校及其他民办高校之间的竞争包围,为自己的生存发展赢得广阔的空间就必须打造自身的核心竞争力。本文通过对哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力的分析,以及对其核心竞争力的形成与演化的研究,探讨了哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力的形成机制与形成过程;在此基础上构建了哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力生成模型,并从核心层、支撑层、表现层和整合层四个层次分析了构成哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力的关键要素。在哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力模型的基础上分析了哈尔滨德强商务学院办学实际的基础上,探讨哈尔滨德强商务学院核心竞争力培育机制构建的主要策略。要求民办高校在经营机制、服务与教学机制、融资机制、人力资源和组织管理机制等方面做足文章。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition faced by private colleges and universities presents a variety of trends: the number of competitors is increasing, the intensity of competition is increasing, and the field of competition is expanding. Since private colleges and universities can not avoid competition, only by actively adapting to the competition and through the cultivation and promotion of the core competitiveness, can we develop in the fierce competition by forming their own sustainable competitive advantage. This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the core competence of private colleges and universities. The research work mainly includes two aspects: the theory part mainly includes the definition and connotation of the core competence of private colleges and universities, the current situation of development and the competitive situation; In the empirical part, the author analyzes the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College by SWOT, establishes the model of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College, and probes into the concrete measures to construct the cultivation mechanism of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College. Through literature review and analysis, this paper finds that the research on the core competence of universities in China is still in its infancy, and the domestic research on the core competitiveness of private universities is not much and the content is relatively single. The research on the core competence of private colleges and universities needs to be further deepened. Therefore, this paper first expounds the "development process", "development model", "competitive situation" and "problems in development" of private colleges and universities in China, and faces these problems related to the survival and death of private colleges and universities. If private colleges want to survive in the fierce market competition, they must face up to their own problems. Then, by introducing the general situation of Harbin Deqiang Business College and analyzing the SWOT, this paper recognizes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Harbin Deqiang Business College. The competition between foreign universities and other private colleges and universities, for their own survival and development to win a broad space, we must build their own core competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College and the research on the formation and evolution of its core competence, this paper probes into the forming mechanism and forming process of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College. On this basis, the generation model of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College is constructed, and the key elements of the core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College are analyzed from four levels: the core layer, the support layer, the performance layer and the integration layer. Based on the model of core competence of Harbin Deqiang Business College, this paper analyzes the practice of Harbin Deqiang Business College, and probes into the main strategies of constructing the cultivation mechanism of Harbin Deqiang Business College's core competence. Private colleges and universities are required to do enough in the aspects of management mechanism, service and teaching mechanism, financing mechanism, human resources and organization and management mechanism.
