以人为本的高校学生管理探究

【摘要】:在社会转型时期,随着高等教育事业的发展和高等教育体制改革的全面推进,当前我国的高校学生管理工作面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。而“以人为本”理念的提出及广泛应用为高校学生管理工作注入了新的工作理念,,给高校的学生管理工作带来了很多机遇。与此同时“以人为本”的指导理念也对我们的学生管理工作提出了新的要求,使我们的高校学生工作面临一定的挑战。从目前来讲,我国高校的学生管理工作在指导思想、工作机制和工作方法等各个方面都存在着与“以人为本”相矛盾的地方。例如“重管理,轻服务和教育”、“重形式、轻内容”等问题。这成为高校学生管理工作改革必须解决的问题。以人为本的高校学生管理工作的构建成为教育改革的内在要求,也为我们解决上述问题提供了新思路。 本文从以人为本的理论渊源及高校学生管理的相关理论入手,导出高校学生管理工作中坚持以人为本的必然性及以人为本的高校学生管理工作的内涵。笔者认为,在以人为本理念的指导下,结合当前高校学生管理工作存在的问题,我们首先要树立“以人为本”、“以生为本”的工作理念,有意识的构建以人为本的高校学生管理工作。这就要求我们转变工作理念,建立健全工作的内容体系,完善高校学生管理工作的机制体系,遵循以生为本的工作原则,创设以人为本的工作环境。本文关于以人为本的探究有助于更好的把握高校学生管理工作的本质,了解以生为本的实际内涵,更深刻的体会教育、管理、服务的宗旨。同时有助于推动高校学生管理工作的研究,对于我们高校学生管理工作的改革有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the period of social transformation, with the development of higher education and the reform of higher education system, the management of college students in our country is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The idea of "people-oriented" and its wide application have injected a new concept into the management of college students, and brought a lot of opportunities to the management of students in colleges and universities. At the same time, the guiding concept of "people-oriented" also puts forward new requirements for our student management, which makes our college student work face certain challenges. At present, the student management in colleges and universities in our country has contradictions with "people-oriented" in the aspects of guiding ideology, working mechanism and working methods. For example, emphasis on management, service and education, emphasis on form, less content, and so on. This becomes the university student management reform must solve the problem. The construction of people-oriented student management has become the inherent requirement of educational reform, and has provided us with a new way of thinking to solve the above problems. Starting from the theoretical origin of people-oriented and the related theories of college student management, this paper derives the inevitability of adhering to people-oriented management and the connotation of people-oriented student management in colleges and universities. The author believes that under the guidance of the people-oriented concept and the problems existing in the current management of college students, we should first set up the work concept of "people-oriented" and "student-oriented". Conscious construction of people-oriented management of college students. This requires us to change the concept of work, establish and improve the content system of work, perfect the mechanism system of college students' management, follow the principle of student-oriented work, and create a people-oriented working environment. This paper is helpful to grasp the essence of college students' management, to understand the practical connotation of student-oriented, and to understand the purpose of education, management and service. At the same time, it is helpful to promote the research of university student management, and has certain reference significance for our university student management reform.
