思想政治教育视角下大学生“雇佣学习”问题研究

【摘要】:高等学校是国家人才培养的主阵地,是国家发展和社会进步的人才储备基地,大学生肩负社会进步的重要使命。大学生通过学习不断提升知识和技能,完善自身品德和素养,才能成为对社会有用之才。但是,当前大学校园出现了“雇佣学习”的现象,极大亵渎了高等教育尊严,浪费了教育资源,也不利于大学生的健康成长。 本文以大学生“雇佣学习”问题为研究对象,基于思想政治教育学的基本理论,通过层次分析的方法,从大学生个人、高校环境、社会风气视角切入,解析导致大学生“雇佣学习”现象产生的多重根源,并提出解决大学生“雇佣学习”现象的对策,,即通过加强社会、家庭、校园、个人思想政治教育方法,标本并治、多层次、多手段消除“雇佣”学习现象。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the main position of national talent training, the reserve base of national development and social progress, and college students shoulder the important mission of social progress. Through learning to improve knowledge and skills, improve their own morality and accomplishment, college students can become useful to the society. However, at present, the phenomenon of "hiring and studying" appears on the campus, which greatly desecrates the dignity of higher education, wastes educational resources, and is not conducive to the healthy growth of college students. Based on the basic theory of ideological and political pedagogy, this paper focuses on the problem of "employment learning" of college students, through the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), from the perspective of individual college students, college environment, social ethos, and so on. This paper analyzes the multiple causes of the phenomenon of "employment learning" of college students, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the phenomenon of "employment learning" of college students, that is, by strengthening the social, family, campus, personal ideological and political education methods, the combination of specimens and management, multi-level, Multi-means to eliminate the phenomenon of "employment" learning.
