河北省大学生就业问题研究

【摘要】:现阶段,伴随着我国高等教育培养规模的迅猛发展,大学生就业面临着前所未有的严峻形势,这种情况对于我国高等教育的健康发展、国民经济的良好运行以及构建社会主义和谐社会,都产生了一定的压力。 本论文基于作者的实证调研来进行河北省大学生就业问题研究。选择这个课题对于促进大学生就业,对促进其理论研究和实践创新都具有重要的现实意义。本文从大学生就业问题出发,结合河北省大学生就业的实际情况,将全国大学生就业的宏观形势与河北地区的典型数据相结合,概括出河北省大学生就业的问题。然后从政府、市场、学校、家庭及毕业生个人五个角度分析原因,,其中市场因素中包括:就业市场需求有限、个人资源浪费严重等;学校因素包括:学校市场不够完善、学生培养机制僵化、高效就业指导不到位等;家庭因素包括:家长对孩子过高职业地位的期望和追求高工资、优待遇的精英就业观等;个人因素包括:择业观念存在偏差、择业心理不健康、个人综合素质有待提高等等。最后在上述分析的基础上,从政府、市场、高校、家庭、个人五个方面有针对性地提出了缓解当前河北大学生就业问题的对策与建议。大学生就业是河北省劳动力就业的一个组成部分,同时又具有自身的特殊性。大学生就业是一项系统工程,这一问题的解决有赖于社会各方面的紧密配合及共同参与。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of the scale of higher education training in China, the employment of college students is facing an unprecedented severe situation, which is of great importance to the healthy development of higher education in China. The good operation of the national economy and the construction of a socialist harmonious society, have produced certain pressure. This paper studies the employment of college students in Hebei province based on the empirical investigation of the author. The choice of this topic is of great practical significance to promote the employment of college students and to promote their theoretical research and practical innovation. Starting from the employment of college students and combining the actual situation of employment of college students in Hebei province, this paper combines the macro situation of employment of college students in the whole country with the typical data of Hebei area, and generalizes the problems of employment of college students in Hebei province. Then it analyzes the reasons from the government, market, school, family and individual graduates. Among them, the market factors include: limited demand in the job market, serious waste of personal resources and so on; The school factors include: the school market is not perfect enough, the student training mechanism is rigid, and the effective employment guidance is not in place, etc. The family factors include: parents' expectation of their children's high professional status, the pursuit of high salary, the elite employment outlook of preferential treatment and so on; The personal factors include the deviation of the idea of choosing a job, the unhealthy psychology of choosing a job, and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the individual and so on. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, from the five aspects of government, market, university, family and individual, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the employment problem of college students in Hebei province. The employment of college students is a part of the employment of labor force in Hebei Province, at the same time, it has its own particularity. The employment of college students is a systematic project, and the solution of this problem depends on the close cooperation and participation of all aspects of the society.
