高校教师岗位分类管理问题研究
[Abstract]:The scientific allocation and utilization of university teachers' resources is one of the difficulties in human resources management in colleges and universities. The difficulty lies in the multi-task of cultivating talents, scientific research and serving the society, etc. Lead to teachers in career choice and allocation of time resources to produce contradictions. At present, most of the teachers in colleges and universities in our country adopt a unified management model, a unified evaluation system and standards, and use a ruler to measure all teachers. This management mode further aggravates the difficulty of resolving this contradiction. And lead to a great waste of human resources in colleges and universities, not a good embodiment of the concept of "people-oriented, people to the best of their talents". In recent years, some schools have been aware of the problem of teacher post classification and implemented the personnel management system of teacher post classification management. However, due to the weak awareness of teachers' post in colleges and universities, teachers can't go up and down. The idea of life-long system which can't enter and exit is very serious. The classified management system of teachers' posts in colleges and universities not only has some achievements, but also has many shortcomings. This paper attempts to improve the management system of the post classification of university teachers on the basis of the analysis of the basic situation of the existing mode of post classification management in colleges and universities and on the basis of certain theories. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of post classification management in colleges and universities by understanding the connotation of post management and job classification. In this paper, the author thinks that the content of post classification management in colleges and universities includes such aspects as post setting, post appointment, post assessment and post withdrawal, and on the basis of defining the content of teacher post classification management, To its necessity and the development course carries on the detailed elaboration. At present, some universities in our country are implementing the post classification of university teachers. This paper uses case analysis, literature analysis and interview method to study the basic situation of the existing management of post classification in colleges and universities. Finally, through the analysis of the post classification management system of university teachers, this paper puts forward the measures to perfect the post classification management system of university teachers. Through the research, it is found that the classified management system of teachers' posts in colleges and universities is the further deepening of the appointment system of teachers' posts, and the implementation of the classification management system of teachers' posts in colleges and universities is strictly regulating teachers' posts and improving the level of teachers' teaching and scientific research. It plays a great role in promoting the rational allocation of teachers' resources and improving teachers' enthusiasm. At the same time, there are also some deficiencies: not conducive to the overall development of teachers and may lead to school and social instability and so on. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing post classification management system in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some measures to perfect the post classification management system in colleges and universities from the aspects of guiding ideology, establishment principle, concrete system design and the concrete measures to be taken.
