【摘要】：构建药学终身教育体系是改善与促进医药行业发展,提高药学人力资源水平,造福人类的重要举措。在医药行业飞速发展的时期,构建"多层次、多元化"的药学终身教育服务体系,整合校内外资源,制订丰富的"菜单式"教育计划,确立适应社会需求的药学终身教育质量观是药学终身教育体系构建的路径选择和正确定位。
[Abstract]:The construction of lifelong pharmaceutical education system is an important measure to improve and promote the development of pharmaceutical industry, improve the level of pharmaceutical human resources, and benefit mankind. In the period of rapid development of pharmaceutical industry, the construction of "multi-level". Diversified pharmaceutical life-long education service system, the integration of internal and external resources, the establishment of a rich "menu" education plan. It is the path choice and correct orientation to establish the quality view of lifelong pharmaceutical education to meet the needs of the society.
