【摘要】： 随着构建“和谐社会”和“学习化社区”的思想日益深入人心,社区教育开始越来越多地受到人们的广泛关注。相比西方国家,我国社区教育的发展历程较短,发展水平还不够成熟,依然处在探索发展阶段。因此,学习和借鉴美国、德国和日本发展本国社区教育的成功经验,将会对我国未来社区教育的改革与发展产生积极的影响。本文在充分分析和研究了美、德、日三国社区教育发展的历程及其影响因素的基础上,以促进我国社区教育的发展为着眼点,提出了明确我国社区教育的内容与目标;加大社区教育投入;重视社区教育资源的利用与开发;创建新型社区教育模式等发展建议。
[Abstract]:With the idea of constructing "harmonious society" and "learning community" becoming more and more popular, community education has been paid more and more attention. Compared with western countries, the development of community education in our country is relatively short. Development level is not mature, still in the exploration stage. Therefore, learn from the United States, Germany and Japan's successful experience in the development of their own community education. It will have a positive impact on the future reform and development of community education in China. This paper makes a full analysis and study of the development of community education in the United States, Germany and Japan, and on the basis of its influencing factors. In order to promote the development of community education in China, the paper puts forward the contents and goals of community education in China. Increase community education investment; Attach importance to the utilization and development of community education resources; To establish a new model of community education and other development proposals.
