构建我国终身教育体系研究

【摘要】： 为全面准确理解终身教育思想,促进我国终身教育体系建设朝着正确的方向稳健发展,对构建我国终身教育体系进行系统研究成为这一时期的重要课题。本文的研究正是在上述的背景下展开的。本文首先阐述了各国及不同学者在对终身教育思想的理解上存在差异,在终身教育体系构建的实践中也存在不同的认识和做法,简述了终身教育理论发展历程,对教育体系分类理论进行了简短的综述。并分别从教育需求者和供给者的视角来深化对终身教育内涵的理解,明确界定了本文所认为的关于终身教育内涵的基本内容,对构建我国终身教育体系的理论依据、应坚持的基本原则、和拟构建的框架进行了分析和阐述,提出了终身教育体系要素分析这一课题。本文还分别分析了我国及英国、美国等国教育体系的现状和特点,对我国及这些国家教育体系的演进历程进行了梳理。我国教育的改革和发展已取得了明显成就,但距构建完善的终身教育体系的要求还有很大差距。一些发达国家重视和发展教育的经验也是很值得借鉴的。接着对构建我国终身教育体系的基本条件以及面临的困难和问题进行了分析。并认为认识问题、观念问题、思想问题以及利益格局的调整问题是阻碍我国终身教育进程的最基本的问题。最后提出了构建我国终身教育体系应抓好的环节和采取的对策,即在构建我国终身教育体系的过程中,要加强对终身教育理论的研究和宣传,始终把握其本质内涵与特征要求,要加强立法工作,建立健全终身教育行政组织机构等,要深化改革,注重整体推进与突出重点相结合。
[Abstract]:In order to fully and accurately understand the thought of lifelong education and promote the steady development of China's lifelong education system towards the correct direction. Systematic research on the construction of lifelong education system in China has become an important subject in this period. The research of this paper is carried out under the above background. This paper first expounds the ideas of lifelong education in various countries and different scholars. There are differences in understanding. In the practice of the construction of lifelong education system, there are different understanding and practice, and the development course of lifelong education theory is briefly described. This paper gives a brief overview of the classification theory of education system and deepens the understanding of the connotation of lifelong education from the perspective of educational demanders and providers respectively. This paper clearly defines the basic content of the connotation of lifelong education, and analyzes and expounds the theoretical basis, the basic principles to be adhered to, and the framework to be constructed in the construction of the lifelong education system in China. This paper also analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the education system in China, Britain and the United States respectively. The evolution course of education system in our country and these countries has been combed. The reform and development of education in our country have made obvious achievements. However, there is still a long way to go from the requirement of building a perfect lifelong education system. Some developed countries' experience of attaching importance to and developing education is also worthy of reference. Then, it is necessary to construct the basic condition and face of lifelong education system in China. The difficulties and problems are analyzed. The idea question, the thought question and the interest pattern adjustment question are the most basic question which hinders our country lifelong education process. Finally, proposed the construction our country lifelong education system should grasp the link and the countermeasure which should take. In the process of constructing our country's lifelong education system, we should strengthen the research and propaganda of lifelong education theory, always grasp its essential connotation and characteristic requirements, and strengthen the legislative work. To establish and perfect the administrative organization of lifelong education, we should deepen the reform and pay attention to the combination of overall promotion and emphases.
