福建成人高等教育发展的问题、成因与对策研究

【摘要】： 成人高等教育是现代高等教育体系的重要组成部分，是终身教育的前沿阵地和实践领域，“是传统学校教育向终身教育发展的一种新型教育制度”。成人高等教育在福建省的发展中也起了举足轻重的作用，为本省提高国民素质、加快社会经济、文化发展、促进社会进步等方面做出了不可替代的贡献。因此，笔者抱着对我省成人高等教育的极大关注，开始了对福建省成人高等教育事业的研究。本课题以福建省成人高等教育的具体情况和发展数据为依据，全文大致分为四个部分：第一章导言部分介绍了本课题的背景、课题研究的目的和意义、研究方法以及国内外成人高等教育研究与实践的成果综述；第二章指出了本省成人高等教育存在的问题及面临的挑战，其中包括我省成人高等教育所受的不公待遇，我省成人高等教育生存空间的缩小，“普教化”现象严重，发展不平衡，结构设置缺乏科学性，办学条件差，师资力量薄弱等几个方面：第三章着重分析研究了福建省成人高等教育存在问题的成因，指出了社会大环境的因素，包括缺乏有效的领导管理体制和运行机制，办学经费存在缺口，企业的短视，病态的社会评判标准，普高扩招的突然袭击，以及我省高校对发展成人高等教育的态度不端正等。另外，还包括我省成人高等教育部门自身的因素以及成人求学者存在急功近利的倾向因素；第四章结合本省成人高等教育的发展机遇，分析探究了促进福建成人高等教育发展的战略对策，提倡强化政府领导职能，扶持并引导福建成人高校的改革发展，提高竞争力，实行开放式发展、多样化发展、整合式发展，，并统筹教育开放，提升发展水平。
[Abstract]:Adult higher education is an important part of modern higher education system. It is the front position and practical field of lifelong education. "is a new type of education system that traditional school education develops to lifelong education". Adult higher education also plays an important role in the development of Fujian Province, for the province to improve the quality of the people and accelerate the social economy. Cultural development, promoting social progress and other aspects have made irreplaceable contributions. Therefore, the author holds great concern for adult higher education in our province. Began to study the cause of adult higher education in Fujian Province. This subject is based on the specific situation and development data of adult higher education in Fujian Province. The full text is divided into four parts: the first chapter introduces the background of the subject, the purpose and significance of the research, research methods and the domestic and foreign adult higher education research and practice of the results; The second chapter points out the existing problems and challenges of adult higher education in our province, including the unfair treatment of adult higher education in our province, and the shrinking of the living space of adult higher education in our province. The phenomenon of "popular education" is serious, the development is unbalanced, the structure is not scientific, and the condition of running a school is poor. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the causes of the problems in adult higher education in Fujian Province, and points out the factors of the social environment, including the lack of effective leadership management system and operational mechanism. There are gaps in school funds, shortsightedness of enterprises, morbid social evaluation criteria, sudden attacks on the expansion of Pugao enrollment, and the incorrect attitude of colleges and universities to the development of adult higher education in our province. It also includes the factors of adult higher education department in our province and the tendency factor of adult seeking scholars' quick success and instant profit. The 4th chapter analyzes the strategic countermeasures to promote the development of adult higher education in Fujian Province, advocates to strengthen the government's leading function, and supports and guides the reform and development of adult colleges and universities in Fujian Province in combination with the opportunities for the development of adult higher education in this province. Improve competitiveness, open development, diversified development, integrated development, as well as overall education and opening up to improve the level of development.
