【摘要】：探讨农村劳动力转移的教育培训问题,提高农民素质、为社会主义新农村建设提供强有力的人才支撑,是各级职业院校的重大任务和办学方向。近年来各地在坚持为农服务、创新办学机制、挖掘教育资源上创造性地探索了一系列适合当地经济和办学实力的农村劳动力转移培训形式,对推动转移进程有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:It is an important task and direction for vocational colleges and universities at all levels to probe into the education and training of rural labor force transfer, to improve the quality of farmers and to provide strong talent support for the construction of new socialist countryside. Innovating the mechanism of running a school and exploring a series of training forms of rural labor force which are suitable for the local economy and the strength of running a school creatively explore a series of training forms which can be used for reference to promote the process of transfer.
