拉萨与成都两地藏族大学生生活事件比较研究

【摘要】：采用青少年生活事件量表分别对成都、拉萨两地藏族大学生进行问卷调查,结果发现:成都藏族大学生与拉萨藏族大学生生活事件的应激源不同;成都藏族男生与拉萨藏族男生在学习压力、健康适应及总应激量上差异均达到显著性水平;藏族女生两地受生活事件影响没有显著差异;城市的藏族大学生在成都就读与在拉萨就读在学习压力、丧失、健康适应因子及总应激量上达到显著水平。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey was conducted on Tibetan college students in Chengdu and Lhasa by using the Adolescent Life event scale. The results showed that the stressors of the life events of the Tibetan students in Chengdu and Lhasa were different from those in Lhasa. There were significant differences in learning pressure, health adaptation and total stress between Tibetan male students in Chengdu and Lhasa, but there was no significant difference between Tibetan girls and Tibetan girls affected by life events. Tibetan college students in Chengdu and Lhasa achieved significant levels of learning stress, loss, health adaptation factors and total stress.
