终身学习理念下学习成果认证组织与管理体系建设的研究

【摘要】：21世纪是一个信息知识爆炸的年代,科技日新月异,我们每一个人都要不断的学习新的知识、新的技能,所以每一个人要终身要不断、持续地学习。在这样的背景下,提出了终身学习的理念。为了鼓励群众学习,构建终身教育体系,国家在《长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010—2020》提出了要建立学习成果认证制度,通过承认学习者学习不同类型的学习成果,促进学习者不断学习。但是目前我们国家的学习成果认证体系起步时间晚,还存在不少问题。本文主要分析终身教育的概念、我国学习成果认证组织核心要素,以及我国如何构建学习成果认证组织和管理体系。
[Abstract]:21th century is an era of information knowledge explosion, science and technology are changing with each passing day, each of us must constantly learn new knowledge, new skills, so everyone has to continue to learn all their life, in such a context, The concept of lifelong learning is put forward. In order to encourage the masses to learn and to build a lifelong education system, the State has put forward in the outline of the Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 that it is necessary to establish a certification system for learning results. By acknowledging that learners learn different types of learning achievements, we can promote learners to learn constantly. However, at present, the certification system of learning achievement in our country starts late, and there are still many problems. This paper mainly analyzes the concept of lifelong education. The core elements of learning achievement certification organization in China, and how to construct the organization and management system of learning achievement certification in our country.
