南京国民政府初期发展蒙藏教育概述

【摘要】：南京国民政府成立之初,对发展蒙藏教育极为重视,在教育部内特设蒙藏教育司,与蒙藏委员会共同负责筹划蒙藏地区教育发展和行政管理。它们在国民政府初期,共同制定了《蒙藏教育实施方案要目》等纲领性文件,并且调查了蒙藏地区教育现状、督促蒙古地区兴办教育。蒙藏委员会整顿了蒙藏学校,并筹备建设南京、康定等几所蒙藏专门学校,还保送了大量的蒙藏籍学生入大中院校就读。可以说,这在一定程度上促进了蒙藏地区教育的发展。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the establishment of the Nanjing National Government, great importance was attached to the development of Mongolian and Tibetan education. In the Ministry of Education, the Department of Mongolian and Tibetan Education, jointly with the Mongolian and Tibetan Commission, was responsible for planning the development and administration of education in Mongolia and Tibet. They jointly formulated the "main Program for the implementation of Mongolian and Tibetan Education" and other programmatic documents, and investigated the current situation of education in Mongolia and Tibet, and urged the Mongolian region to set up education. The Mongolian and Tibetan Committee rectified the Mongolian and Tibetan schools and prepared for the construction of Nanjing. Several special Mongolian and Tibetan schools, such as Kangding, have also sent a large number of Mongolian and Tibetan students to middle and high schools, which can be said to have promoted the development of education in Mongolian and Tibetan areas to a certain extent.
