岳麓区社区教育发展模式与对策研究

【摘要】: 随着经济社会的不断发展与进步,对知识的需求越来越高。世界各国先后提出建立终身教育体系并付诸实践。在世界各主要发达国家,终身教育已经发展了将近100年的时间,社区教育是它们构建终身教育的一种十分重要的实现形式,这种教育形式最早起源于1844年建立的丹麦“民众高等学校”。由于历史、经济、社会等多方面的原因,终身教育在我国的起步比较晚,社区教育的提出与发展也是在国家提出建立终身教育体系的发展目标之后才开始的。到目前为止也才短短几年的时间。湖南作为一个经济欠发达的内陆省份,较国内沿海发达地区而言,在社区教育方面的建设起步更晚,目前社区教育在湖南也只是处于初步构建和探索阶段。 长沙市岳麓区作为一个“全国社区教育试验基地”,其在社区教育方面的建设在理论上和实践上都对省内甚至是国内其它地区的社区教育建设具有示范的作用。研究探索一条符合岳麓区实际情况的社区教育发展模式,对于更好地发展岳麓区的社区教育,进而指导省内其它地区建立一个切合当地实际的社区教育模式都具有十分重要的意义。 笔者从实证研究与规范分析两方面入手开始这一课题的研究。从行文结构上来看,本文先是简要概述了社区教育在世界各国的发展形势,进而介绍国内外关于社区教育方面的基本理论和主要模式;然后分析了岳麓区当前社区教育的发展现状,探讨了其已经取得的发展成果,分析、总结其在社区教育方面存在的问题及产生这些问题的原因,为从根本上寻找一条适合本地实际且具有自身特色的社区教育发展模式寻找一个突破口;接着笔者提出了自己的主张,认为岳麓区应该走“区校共建”的社区教育发展模式,并进一步阐述了建议采用这一发展模式的理由,对如何建立、建好“区校共建”型的社区教育提出了自己的建议和看法。最后以咸嘉新村社区为代表做了一个实证研究,进一步从实证的角度证明以上研究和分析的现实性与合理性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of economy and society, the demand for knowledge is increasing. Countries all over the world have put forward the establishment of life-long education system and put it into practice. In the major developed countries of the world, lifelong education has been developing for nearly 100 years. Community education is a very important way for them to construct lifelong education. This form of education originated from the Danish "people's College" established in 1844. Due to historical, economic, social and other reasons, Lifelong education started relatively late in China. The proposal and development of community education began only after the country put forward the goal of establishing a lifelong education system. So far, it has been only a few years. Hunan, as an underdeveloped inland province, Compared with the developed coastal areas in China, the construction of community education started much later, and at present, community education in Hunan is only at the initial stage of construction and exploration. Yuelu District of Changsha City, as a "national community education experimental base", its construction in the field of community education in theory and practice in the province and even in other areas of the community education construction has the role of demonstration. To study and explore a development model of community education in accordance with the actual situation in Yuelu District, It is of great significance for better development of community education in Yuelu District and for guiding other areas in the province to establish a model of community education suitable for local conditions. The author starts the research on this subject from the two aspects of empirical research and normative analysis. From the structure of the text, this paper first briefly outlines the development situation of community education in various countries of the world. Then it introduces the basic theories and main models of community education at home and abroad, and then analyzes the current development situation of community education in Yuelu District, discusses the development results it has achieved, and analyzes the development of community education in Yuelu District. This paper summarizes the problems in community education and the causes of these problems in order to find a breakthrough in the development mode of community education which is suitable for local reality and has its own characteristics. Then the author puts forward his own opinion that Yuelu District should take the community education development mode of "district and school co-construction", and further expounds the reasons for adopting this development model, and how to establish it. Finally, taking the community of Xianjia New Village as the representative, the author makes an empirical study to prove the feasibility and rationality of the above research and analysis from an empirical point of view.
