课堂效益:成人教育生存之本

【摘要】：正在知识经济风起云涌和科技创新巨浪滔天的21世纪,质量成为教育的生存之本,因而质量也同样成为成人教育的生存之本。衡量一所学校办学的好坏,其终极性的价值尺度还在于它的产品,即接受成人教育的学生的人格质量、知识质量和技能质量。以湖南长沙为例,1995年的成人教育学校大约为247所,而到2005年年末,却在教育质量的竞争中垮掉了90余所。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, when knowledge economy is surging and scientific and technological innovation is surging, quality has become the basis of education, so quality has also become the basis of adult education. Its ultimate value is also measured by its products, namely, the quality of personality, knowledge and skills of adult education students. Take Changsha, Hunan Province, for example, there were about 247 adult education schools in 1995, and by the end of 2005, But the competition in the quality of education collapsed more than 90.
