【摘要】：为充分发挥首都人才智力资源优势,促进北京地区继续教育的繁荣与发展,推动教育培训与首都经济社会发展的紧密结合,北京继续教育协会于2005年12月20日在北京新闻大厦召开“2005年学术年会暨继续教育创新与提升职业竞争力论坛”。来自全市各区县人事局、市政府各委办局、总公司和国有大中型企事业单位和市属高校、科研院所及人民团体主管继续教育工作的领导以及北京继续教育协会团体会员单位的代表和协会理事150余人参加会议。该论坛以党的十六大和十六届四中、五中全会精神为指导,认真贯彻市委市政府构建社会主义和谐社会首善之区和“新北京、新奥运”战略构想,紧密围绕继续教育创新与提升职业竞争力这个问题,深入探讨继续教育服务首都经济、社会和人的全面发展的有效途径,以推动教育培训的体制和机制创新,为首都社会经济发展提供人才保障。论坛邀请北京市社会科学院经济所所长、北京市人民政府专家顾问团顾问赵弘和北京医药股份有限公司董事长陈济生,分别作了《北京经济发展的基本走势与继续教育的战略选择》和《创建学习型组织,打造企业核心竞争力》的主题演讲。北京市社科联主席、协会理事长陶西平同志结合构筑终身教育体系,创建学习型社会发表讲话。他强调,当前的继续教育工作要紧密结合首都改革和发展的实际,积极推进社会主义和谐社会首善之区的建设;要从转变观念入手,着力提升人才素质和能力;继续教育要与学习、研究和工作紧密结合,调动一切积极因素,推动学习型组织的建设。北京市人事局副局长、北京继续教育协会秘书长孙振宇同志在总结2005年协会工作的基础上,结合北京地区教育培训工作的实际,重点介绍了2006年协会工作设想。本期我们将孙振宇副局长与会讲话全文刊发,以资借鉴。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the advantages of the capital's intellectual resources, promote the prosperity and development of continuing education in Beijing, and promote the close integration of education and training with the economic and social development of the capital,On December 20, 2005, the Beijing continuing Education Association held the "2005 academic Annual meeting and Forum on Innovation and Promotion of Vocational Competitiveness of continuing Education" in Beijing News Building.From the personnel bureaus of all districts and counties of the whole city, the appointed offices of the municipal government, the head office, the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and institutions, and municipal colleges and universities,The leaders of the scientific research institutes and people's organizations in charge of continuing education, as well as the representatives of the group members of the Beijing Association of continuing Education and the directors of the Association, attended the meeting.Guided by the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the fourth Middle School of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the Fifth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee, the forum conscientiously implemented the strategic concept of "New Beijing, New Olympics" for the construction of the first and best areas of a socialist harmonious society by the municipal party committee and government.Focusing on the issue of continuing education innovation and enhancing vocational competitiveness, this paper probes into the effective ways for continuing education to serve the overall development of the economy, society and people in the capital, so as to promote the innovation of the system and mechanism of education and training.To provide talent security for the capital's social and economic development.The forum invited Zhao Hong, director of the Economic Research Institute of the Beijing Municipal Academy of Social Sciences, consultant to the expert advisory panel of the Beijing Municipal people's Government, and Chen Jisheng, chairman of Beijing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.The theme speeches on "basic trend of Beijing's Economic Development and Strategic Choice of continuing Education" and "Building Learning Organization and Building Core Competitiveness of Enterprises" were given respectively.Comrade Tao Xiping, President of Beijing Federation of Social Sciences and Chairman of the Association, made a speech on the construction of lifelong education system and the establishment of a learning society.He stressed that the current work of continuing education should closely integrate the reality of the capital's reform and development, actively promote the construction of the first and best areas in a socialist harmonious society, and focus on improving the quality and ability of talented people from the perspective of changing ideas.Continuing education should be closely combined with study, research and work, mobilize all positive factors and promote the construction of learning organization.Comrade Sun Zhenyu, deputy director of Beijing personnel Bureau and secretary general of Beijing continuing Education Association, based on the summary of the work of the Association in 2005 and the reality of the education and training work in Beijing area, emphatically introduced the working ideas of the Association in 2006.This period we will Sun Zhenyu deputy director attends the speech full text to publish, in order to draw lessons from.
