【摘要】：“2110”,即铁道部提出的每2年每1位职工培训10天的素质工程。如何利用这一培训时机,使职工的业务素质有一明显提高?突出技能培训;选用适当的教学方法;转变观念,把握教师的角色定位,提高培训质量至关重要。
[Abstract]:"2110", a quality project proposed by the Ministry of Railways for every 10 days of training every 2 years.How to make use of this training opportunity, so that the quality of the staff and workers have a significant improvement?It is very important to emphasize skill training, to select appropriate teaching methods, to change ideas, to grasp the role of teachers, and to improve the quality of training.
