【摘要】：正在这个题目之下,我要讨论的一个核心问题是：大学作为一种历史悠久、愈益兴盛的学术机构,它有什么样的宗旨和原则；在这样的宗旨和原则之下,直接影响和决定大学学术水平和学术活动的教师是一种什么样的群体,他们为什么应当享受终身教职的待遇。
[Abstract]:And one of the central questions that I'm going to discuss under this topic is: what are the purposes and principles of a university as an academic institution with a long history and growing prosperity, and under this kind of purpose and principle,What kind of group directly affect and determine the academic level and academic activities of the university, and why they should enjoy the treatment of tenure.
