城市社区老年教育现状分析与对策研究——以北京市右安门社区为个案

【摘要】: 二十一世纪我国进入了老龄化社会,终身教育思潮主张人人受教育,时时受教育。老年教育的开展不仅对完善终身教育体系有非常重大的作用,而且对老年人自身也有很大的意义,例如帮助老年人保持健康的生活方式,丰富老年人的生活等。我国在上个世纪80年代就已经开展了老年教育,但发展至今还存在不足的地方。目前对老年教育的研究主要还是集中在老年大学或老年学校的教学内容等方面。本文运用问卷法和访谈法,,通过对城市社区老年教育情况进行调查,即对北京市右安门老年人口受教育的情况进行调查的基础上,找出我国城市社区老年教育存在的问题,并就此提出相应的对策,以促进城市社区老年教育的发展。 本文分为四个部分,在导论部分先介绍了撰写这篇文章的原因、意义、研究的目的及所采用的理论和方法。正文的第一部分主要是介绍我国老年教育兴起的社会背景和现有的主要发展模式。老年教育的发展不仅是时代发展的必然结果,而且也是老年人自身需求变化的结果,例如家庭结构、生理需求、观念和经济条件等。在老年教育现有的发展模式方面介绍了国际老年教育的现状和我国老年教育现状。 第二部分主要是关于北京市右安门老年教育现状的调查。本论文把统计结果分为两个部分,一部分是关于被调查老年人的自然情况,例如被调查者的性别比例、年龄构成、文化程度等各方面。另一部分是关于老年人对老年教育的看法的结果统计,例如对教育重要性的看法,参加老年教育的意愿等方面。 第三部分是根据对实际情况的调查,找出我国老年教育存在的问 题,本文把问题主要归纳为三个方面,一、老年教育管理体制不顺; 二、老年教育缺乏保障机制;三、老年教育发育不足,例如参与人数 少、教育内容不丰富、教育形式单一、设施不齐全等方面。 最后一部分提出了城市社区老年教育发展的对策,首先是观念的 改变,其次要求加强教育立法工作,再次整合社区教育资源,实现资 源共享,第四促进老年教育多元化发展,第五要求建立一种“养、医、 为、学、乐”的老年教育模式。
[Abstract]:In the 21 ~ (th) century, China entered an aging society, and lifelong education thought advocated that everyone should be educated and always educated. The development of geriatric education not only plays a very important role in perfecting the lifelong education system, but also has great significance to the elderly themselves, such as helping the elderly to maintain a healthy way of life, enriching their lives, and so on. Education for the elderly has been carried out in our country in the 1980's, but there are still some deficiencies in the development up to now. At present, the research on geriatric education is mainly focused on the teaching contents of universities or schools for the elderly. Based on the investigation of the situation of the elderly education in the urban community, that is, on the basis of the investigation of the education of the elderly population in Youanmen in Beijing, this paper finds out the problems existing in the education of the elderly in the urban community of our country by means of questionnaire and interview. And put forward the corresponding countermeasure in order to promote the development of urban community education for the elderly. This paper is divided into four parts. In the introduction part, it introduces the reason, significance, purpose, theory and method of writing this article. The first part of the text mainly introduces the social background of the rise of senior education in China and the existing main development model. The development of geriatric education is not only the inevitable result of the development of the times, but also the result of changes in the needs of the elderly themselves, such as family structure, physiological needs, concepts and economic conditions. This paper introduces the current situation of the international senior education and the present situation of our country's senior education in the aspect of the current development mode of the education for the elderly. The second part is mainly about the investigation of the present situation of the senior education in right Anmen in Beijing. This paper divides the statistical results into two parts, one is about the natural situation of the elderly, such as sex ratio, age composition, education level and so on. The other part is about the result statistics of the older people's views on the senior education, such as the opinion on the importance of education, the willingness to participate in the education of the elderly and so on. The third part is based on the investigation of the actual situation, to find out the question of the existence of education for the elderly in China. In this paper, the main problems are summarized into three aspects: first, the management system of the elderly education is not good; (II) lack of safeguards for senior education; third, inadequate development of education for the elderly, such as the number of participants Less, the education content is not rich, the education form is single, the facility is not complete and so on. In the last part, the author puts forward the countermeasures of the development of the education for the elderly in the urban community, first of all, it is conceptual. Second, it is necessary to strengthen education legislation, reintegrate community education resources and realize capital. The fourth is to promote the diversified development of geriatric education, and the fifth requires the establishment of a kind of "nourishment, medicine," For, learn, happy "the old age education pattern."
