开展农村远程信息服务的策略分析——以北京远程信息服务模式为例

【摘要】：本文通过对北京市农林科学院信息所农村远程信息服务工程中心在北京郊县建立的农村远程信息服务系统的中心站、远程站点和农户进行实地调查,对该系统的组织方式和运行方式的特点和相关问题进行了讨论。同时在对“北京模式”分析的基础上,提出完善农村远程信息服务的一些基本设想。
[Abstract]:This paper conducts a field investigation on the central station, remote site and farmers of the rural remote information service system set up by the Rural remote Information Service Engineering Center of the Information Institute of the Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences in Beijing suburbs. The characteristics and related problems of the organization and operation of the system are discussed. At the same time, based on the analysis of "Beijing Mode", some basic ideas of perfecting rural remote information service are put forward.
