高师院校函授教育质量内部保障研究

【摘要】: 质量是高师院校函授教育的灵魂。高师院校函授教育为我国基础教育培养了一大批高层次的教学和管理人员,20世纪80年代中期以后,随着函授教育规模的超负荷增长及其他诸多原因,导致高师院校函授教育质量下滑。通过调研发现,目前我国高师院校函授教育在目标导向、制度保障、执行系统、监督评价等方面还存在着诸多不完善之处,导致了目前高师院校函授教育质量内部保障不尽如人意。为此,本文从目前我国高师院校函授教育质量保障现状入手,找出存在的问题,探析背后深层的原因,并试着提出相应的质量保障策略,希望能对我国高师院校函授教育的健康发展做出自己的一点贡献。 本文以分析当前高师院校函授教育质量存在的问题为逻辑起点,对现行高师院校函授教育质量内部保障现状进行深入调研,对存在的问题进行全面地剖析和认真审视,以适应基础教育发展提高教师专业素质为己任,尝试提出适合基础教育要求、具有高师函授教育质量保障特点的高师院校函授教育质量内部保障对策。 本论文按照以下思路展开: 第一部分为绪论,简述研究的缘由、意义目的、研究思路与方法、概念界定以及国内外研究的文献综述;第二部分为调查研究。通过问卷调查,描述了高师院校函授教育质量内部保障体系的现状,在统计分析调查结果的基础上,提出相应的结论与建议;第三部分表述高师院校函授教育质量内部保障存在的问题。通过第二部分的研究,找出质量内部保障存在的主要问题,探寻高师院校函授教育质量内部保障的努力方向;第四部分高师院校函授教育质量内部保障策略研究。在前面三章的基础上,本着适应基础教育改革提高教师函授教育质量保障的要求,从内部保障的决策、控制、执行、监评、信息反馈五个层面,提出了高师院校函授教育质量内部保障的实施对策。
[Abstract]:Quality is the soul of correspondence education in normal universities. Correspondence education in normal colleges and universities has trained a large number of high-level teaching and management personnel for our basic education. After the mid-1980s, with the overloading of correspondence education and many other reasons, As a result of the decline in the quality of correspondence education in normal colleges and universities. Through investigation, it is found that there are still many imperfections in the aspects of goal orientation, system guarantee, execution system, supervision and evaluation of correspondence education in normal universities in our country. The result is that the internal guarantee of correspondence education quality is not satisfactory. Therefore, this paper starts with the current situation of the quality assurance of correspondence education in normal universities in China, finds out the existing problems, analyzes the underlying causes, and tries to put forward the corresponding quality assurance strategies. I hope to make my own contribution to the healthy development of correspondence education in normal universities. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the quality of correspondence education in normal colleges and universities, this paper makes a thorough investigation on the present situation of the internal guarantee of the quality of correspondence education in normal colleges and universities, and makes a comprehensive analysis and careful examination of the existing problems. In order to adapt to the development of basic education and improve teachers' professional quality, this paper tries to put forward the internal guarantee countermeasures of correspondence education quality in normal colleges and universities, which are suitable for basic education and have the characteristics of ensuring the quality of correspondence education in normal universities. This thesis is carried out according to the following ideas: The first part is the introduction, briefly describes the reason, the significance purpose, the research thought and the method, the concept definition and the domestic and foreign research literature review; the second part is the investigation research. This paper describes the present situation of the internal guarantee system of correspondence education quality in normal universities through questionnaire, and puts forward the corresponding conclusions and suggestions on the basis of the statistical analysis of the results of the investigation. The third part describes the problems existing in the internal guarantee of the quality of correspondence education in normal universities. Through the second part of the study, find out the main problems of internal quality assurance, explore the direction of the internal guarantee of the quality of correspondence education in normal universities; part four: the study of internal guarantee strategy of the quality of correspondence education in normal universities. On the basis of the previous three chapters, in line with the requirements of improving the quality assurance of correspondence education for teachers to adapt to the reform of basic education, from the five levels of decision-making, control, execution, monitoring and evaluation, and information feedback of internal security, This paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of the internal guarantee of the quality of correspondence education in normal colleges and universities.
