农民大学生培养初探

【摘要】：2005年,吉林电大受吉林省委组织部委托承担了“一村一名大学生———农村优秀青年素质提升”项目。为了检验培养方案是否科学、合理、有效,我们进行了问卷调查。提出了农民大学生的培养应采取学历教育与非学历教育并举的方针;改革传统农业教育的教学内容是确保农村人才工程项目质量的关键;边生产、边学习;在干中学、在学中干是农民大学生培养的基本途径。
[Abstract]:In 2005, Jilin Radio & TV University was entrusted by the Organization Department of Jilin Provincial Party Committee to undertake the project of "one Village, one College Student-an excellent Rural Youth quality Promotion". In order to test whether the training program is scientific, reasonable and effective, we conducted a questionnaire survey. The paper puts forward that the cultivation of peasant college students should adopt the policy of combining academic education with non-academic education, reform the teaching content of traditional agricultural education is the key to ensure the quality of rural talents engineering project, study while producing, and study in dry middle school, the key to ensure the quality of rural talents engineering project is to reform the teaching content of traditional agricultural education. Working in school is the basic way to cultivate peasant college students.
